Abbiamo soggiornato qui per qualche notte e era bello! La posizione è grande, è solo a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla piazza principale. L'hotel stesso ha una bella viva - ci sentivamo come se stessimo in una tradizionale casa francese statue! Le camere erano spaziose e pulite, il personale era anche molto attento e molto amichevole. In generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso e consiglierei molto!

Lovely hotel and had the potential to be stunning, but was just a little tired and unkempt. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant staff were a little over worked in the evening, so could of done with another set of hands. Fantastic food and breakfast. Room was generous in size, but just a little tired and needed a revamp. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the room, though bed was a little harder than I’m used to. Courtyards were lovely, though a little unkempt. Great location being only a couple of minutes walk from the main square, with lots of nice bars, historical buildings and plenty of shops, should you to buy anything. Secure car park right opposite the entrance to the hotel for overnight parking.

Tutto bene all'hotel. L'unica carenza negli Stati Uniti e nella Cina è che non c'è un parcheggio e deve essere parcheggiato vicino al parcheggio pubblico.Data la posizione centrale della città antica, questo è anche comprensibile. Il più bello è il ristorante per la colazione. Le caratteristiche dell'hotel che il monastero ha modificato sono state espresse in modo completo qui, e vale la pena stare qui.

We checked in yesterday (02 Jan 2024) for 2 nights stay. The hotel seems to be fanciful but breakfast is priced very expensively at 21€. We wanted to try this new concept of the Accor group anyway so why not? The room was in general clean but to my horror, upon lifting up the toilet bowl cover, I was greeted with a toilet bowl full of yellowish piss that had not been flushed away. That meant that the toilet was never ever cleaned before releasing for next guest.. or the housekeeping took a convenient piss before leaving and forgetting to flush. Anyway, it could be a genuine mistake so let's not make a fuss at this moment. But I was disappointed to see that there was hardly any amenities in the room. No tea or coffee bags with water boiler. There was only a packet of drinking water in the minibar. It turned out that the water was not even replenished the next day. What was funny: there is a sticker on the minibar door that indicates vending machine available on ground floor. But it could not be found. When we asked the receptionist, we were told that the vending machine is still yet to be installed ??!?!? And suggested to us to go to their restaurant bar to order water or drinks instead. No way ! I am not going to pay for pricey drinking water or tea from their restaurant. Not mentioning that the service charge we will have to pay for getting drinking water there. For a hotel at this tariff, I expected at least to have the basic water, teabags and coffee bags available and replenished! At least most of the basic hotels in France offer this. Some hotels would even offered a coffee machine with capsules. It makes us started to look around the room with a more critical eye. Indeed not only drinking water and basic beverages are not offered. There was only a small bar of handsoap and a miserable piece of body soap placed in the shower to be shared by two occupants of the room. Not only that, the next day after housekeeping, the body soap was not replenished at all. We came back into the room to see the previous bar of soap lying there miserably. This is not what we expected from an Accor hotel which is usually a brand we feel confident in. Mama Shelter tries to be hip and fanciful in their loud decor but in real fact is lacking in hospitality by trying their best to save up whatever they can from the basic necessities (soap, drinking water...) Definitely I will not ever stay in this chain ever again. I sincerely hope Accor group will review and see if it fits their usual standards, because I surely don't think so.

Sceglieremo sempre Accor Hotel perché non solo consentono ai cani, ma anche accogliendoli positivamente. Il Ibis Styles Dijon Central non era diverso. L'hotel ha anche un ottimo luogo per esplorare la bella città di Dijon. Ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato amichevole e rimarremmo sicuramente lì. Per la comodità, la pulizia e l'amichevole, questo hotel è un grande valore.

Il tipo di camera da soggiorno è molto grande. È possibile soggiornare quattro persone. Le strutture della cucina sono complete. Il lavastoviglie è dotato di un letto divano un po'duro, ma non c'è niente di grave. Il palco è molto bello e piacevole. Il soggiorno con i suoi amici è molto piacevole. La posizione geografica è nella zona centrale di Dijon. L'uscita è molto conveniente

Sono arrivato molto tardi! Ho chiamato per dirti l’ora che arrivai, mi sono chiaramente specificato le istruzioni, affinché possa tornare all’hotel, l’hotel e vicino alla stazione , è molto ben situato molto pulito, e personale della sera accogliente e sicura
