Sehr dreckiges Hotel kein Stern wert Lage ist 15 Minuten von der Zentrale entfernt Zimmer sind sehr alt gefüllt mit Kindern dementsprechend sieht der Pool aus ich wollte ein Aschenbecher haben die haben mir ein Becher mit Wasser gefüllt und es mir als Aschenbecher gegeben für ein 4/5 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht akzeptabel.
Aufzüge funktionieren teilweise man muss ungefähr 5 Minuten drauf warten. Bade Zimmer ist verkalkt und kein warmes Wasser.

Otel yeniden değerlendirilse degil 5 yildiz 1 yildiz ancak alir. Eski odalar ve otel, ukala calisanlar. Tatile degil yorulmaya gi**is olacaksiniz.

Otele 2. Gelisimiz havuz çok iyi çok beğendim animasyon çok ilgiliydi çalışanlar güler yüzlü bar çok iyi temizlik tek kelimeyle mükemmel çocuğumla geldim o da çok mutlu otel konum olarak da mükemmel kaliteli bir otel

Otel personeli oldukca sicakkanli. Gunun cogu saati ara ogun mevcut. Odalar ferah ve yataklari rahat. Hem aileyle, hem de arkadaslarla tercih edilebilecek nadir otellerden. Ozellikle animator ekibinden Ebu ve Mert bizlerle cok guzel ilgilendiler. Otelde size yalnizlik hissi yasa**iyorlar. Artik yaz tatilinde Didim’de ugrayacagimiz konum belli.

The pool is the biggest I have seen ,got a good few laps in . Hotel staff were so helpful from booking in to checking out . Everywhere is kept so clean our room was cleaned every day. There was so much fresh choices in the restaurant you could never go hungry . A short walk to the fair ground for younger guests ,local town near by about 15 mins walk or local small bus 15ytl so cheap . Diffinately will be going again.

Lady at guest relations is very helpful & kind. Thanks again 😁 .Nice quiet hotel with plenty of sun loungers. Lady in charge of the water slides is super friendly. We enjoyed our time in the Garden of Sun. Some of the food could be alot warmer, but it was ok. Not a huge selection of soft drinks.

Altough the room was not expected on the arrival Fa**a the Manager for customers relationship went over and beyond expectations making sure we get the best solutions so she changed the room for us and we are so greatful for it. Absolutely amazing lady with a golden heart ❤️ thank you for everything

The hotel was good with helpful staff, very nice people and extremely fun entertainment team who made our holiday a lot more enjoyable. The hotel is close to the beach and has it's own pool. The rooms were very clean and everything in them worked properly. Definitely recommend. :)
