"Just thinking about what to start with. Let me start with pillows. As I'm the only driver in family I need a good sleep. But on these pillows it's just impossible. Pillows are very uncomfortable and firm. Just imagine you're sleeping on firm ping-pong balls. I would also like to mention about air conditioner. When we just arrived I noticed that people in the most of rooms open room doors and windows. That's because air conditioner doesn't work properly ( temperature outside is about 45°!). Its just makes noise and spread water on you because there halls in water tubes. So when you sleep it doesn't cool you, it just spread cold water on your face. I also like to mention that they smoke in the rooms that is forbidden in Turkey. Our neighbour smoked on toilet and all smoke cane to us, too. And finally I want to ask how much management and employees must be indifferent to their work place if they even dont iron curtains in rooms."

"The people in the Spa are unbelievably rude, they cut my butt-length hair to my shoulders and chest (which didnt even blend together), i asked for a 2-inch trim and v shape, i even explained to the guy and showed him, which he confirmed before cutting my hair; they gave me short-layers, i was in tears. I got overwhelmed and left, my daughter was furious, 17 year old girl, she went down to explain to get a refund. Nobody was helping her, told her no-refund and played in her face, being totally disrespectful of my girl. I told her what I asked for and they kept trying to change it to her, however, she knows me and what id ask for. After 15 minutes of being rude to her, the man gave her the money back, slapped it into her hands; she said a "thank you" and went to leave and the man went "no thank you", she got furious with him. He has terrible customer service skills and needs to go. He cannot take accountability, cannot listen to basic instructions and has no manners."

"L'esperienza complessiva dell'hotel è stata eccellente. Il cibo era buono e il personale è molto gentile e attento agli ospiti. Ho notato soprattutto alla spiaggia, Serhat che prepara e mantiene la spiaggia pulita è sempre amichevole, gentile e utile. Egli parla anche inglese molto bene. E' per lui che troviamo sempre le letti solari pronti per l'uso e l'aria sempre pulita. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa, è sempre pronto a aiutarti. Agire al bar è anche molto gentile e utile. Anche se l'hotel non è sulla spiaggia, è a soli 80 metri da dove hanno la loro spiaggia privata."
