Honestly the best experience in every way possible. It was our 1 year olds first holiday so we were worried about how he’d be, there was 0 stone unturned for him with the heated baby pools, kids club for all ages, bath seat in the room, fridge full of any type of milk depending on age. Just incredible The service was outstanding by every single member of staff, no expectations. The thought in everything to do with the hotel was with a fine tooth comb we didn’t want to leave the hotel & are normally ones to get up and about. The al a carte restaurants were fantastic just a bit tricky to book through the system, if you’re in reception at 9am they’ll sort it for you easy enough. The buffet was spectacular as well, never felt samey all the food was so fresh & areas kept constantly clean. The coffee/ chocolate shop was incredible too for any time of the day, the list goes on! We will defo be back and couldn’t recommend any more.

Currently staying at this hotel. Second time to visit having stayed here in September 2024. On our first, we were on the app, fingers poised at 8.55am every morning for an a la carte booking. Never got one. Guest Relations booked for us and out of 7 nights, we ate a la carte 4 times. Overlooked that issue thinking it would be resolved by the time we come back in June 2025 but it's only got worse. No sun loungers at both pools by 8.30am. People obviously putting towels down and then going off. No luck with a la carte bookings again. The stress of trying to get loungers and dinner reservations has made me decide not to return. I did speak to guest relations and the manager to be told that there are 1500 staying in the hotel but only capacity for 500 in the a la carte restaurants combined. So 1 in 3 chance of getting a booking. Just not good enough for 5* and to make matters worse when u walk past the restaurants they are half empty.

Do not book if you are expecting a la carte restaurants. It is impossible to reserve tables, they have no availability despite the restaurants being half empty and the staff in them are not busy. The app to book restaurants does not work and guest relations will not help you, face to face or on the WhatsApp chat. Queues of complaining guests about this issue everyday at reception. A very expensive buffet! A great shame as the hotel could be great

Currently staying at the hotel. Had to wait for general services to provide a sunbed. Due to lack lack of sunbeds and towel policy- people just lay out their towels everywhere. Or take the towels back to their room from the previous day to lay them out in the morning. I have a serverly autistic son, so just needed to put my bag down on one sun bed and run off but spent two hours waiting for a sunbed
