La peor experiencia de mi vida, parece un motel de carretera, las toallas, las sábanas sucias, todo está desmejorado, la atención al cliente es la peor ya para rematar!! Nos robaron plata de la maleta, y ni se hicieron responsables, quitan el agua, no hay seguridad, de verdad que es mucha plata para la calidad que ofrecen. No volvemos a venir. No responden por los objetos perdidos. Pésima experiencia

Так случилось, что знакомство с Венесуэлой у нас началось с этого маленького уютного отеля . После утомительного полета и долгого получения багажа мы оказались на ресепшене этого отеля , оказаться в прохладе и выпить холодного сока было очень приятно)) Заселили быстро , но как оказалось номера стандарт очень маленькие , а мы были втроем я , муж и дочка. Спасибо большое Джоанне показала нам свободные номера и переселила нас в сьют на третьем , доплата была не очень большая , но номер просто шикарный просторный и окна выходили прямо на море , утром распахиваешь шторы и видишь пляж , пальмы и бесконечно красивое море. Даже джакузи была в углу , но не работающая, на ней приспособились сушить вещи ))) Номер чистый, кровать большая и удобная , постельное белоснежное , полтора литра воды на день ставили. Из туалетных принадлежностей было мыло и шампунь . Полотенец действительно мало одно ножное на троих и по одному большому . Еще один минус , что нет холодильников в номерах ( только вроде в люксах ) т.е. если купили фрукты или пиво надо все съедать и выпивать , что бы не испортилось и не нагрелось. Чего нам на самом деле не хватало так это нашего дорожного кипятильника , чайников в номерах нет , а мы такие любители попить чая/кофе .Завтрак не большой , не объешься , но все вкусно как американский так и местный . Сдавали в стирку вещи ( 1 вещь -1 $) , постирали все хорошо и быстро. В этом отеле были 9 дней , а далее Коче ( это маленький рай на земле , но об этом далее)))) И в заключении кто назвал Тай " страной улыбок " тот человек просто не был в Венесуэле , просто все такие приветливые, улыбчивые , не только персонал и просто прохожие на улице . Мы остались очень довольны . Кому интересно что то более конкретное пишите спрашивайте.

Пляж: у всех одинаковый на этой стороне острова) чуть волн, чуть водорослей, вода теплая Лежаков на всех хватает, тк серф и оазис - это одна группа отелей, мы ходим на пляж оазиса, он более тенистый (в последние дни нас уже начали оттуда гонять, типо вы не отсюда) Полотенца под депозит 20 долларов каждый - Переходники: надо покупать в отеле, но у нас многие приборы работают без переходников 🤔 - Номера: Надо просить не на первом этаже, тк там сыро и забегают ящерицы. В начале дали номер с неработающей сантехникой, пару раз поругалась, пару раз сменили номер, сейчас хороший номер, на 3 этаже. Вай фай в номере почти не работает, на ресепшн норм. Нет холодильника. Сначала не было горячей воды, поругалась, все есть теперь. (В оазисе номера лучше сильно, если небольшая переплата, можно туда брать) Полотенце не докладывают, надо иногда просить. Геля для душа и тд ничего нет. - Еда: В отеле завтраки, соу соу, не наешься, но так в остальных тоже Обедаем мороженым или хотдогами (магазины справа по улице) Ужинаем в Claret , там дешевле и вкуснее всего, но нужно найти место. (Там в меню не смотрите, заказывайте всё, что хотите, там все есть, и осьминоги и лобстеры. Больше всего советую креветки в чесночном соусе, это лучшее, что я ела в жизни) Чтобы найти Claret (на карте его нет): Если выйти на пляж и пойти направо и прогуляться метров 300, то увидите вывеску сначала кафе Los Pericos (он есть на карте), а немного дальше будет Claret. Там еще гамачки висят В маре маре ничего есть не советую, кроме пиццы. Она вкусная правда. Морскую пробовали. Остальное сухое и переплата в два раза Итог: лично я советую, любые мои вопросы решают, но надо ругаться, просить и тд) Для 3йки вообще шикарно, но пляж с волнами, в след раз поеду, где тихо будет

Lamento mucho como ha desmejorado la atención en este hotel desde semana santa hasta ahora. Llegamos a una Suite por un precio de $170 la noche. Solicitamos hielo para la habitación y nos mandaron a comprar una cava con hielo porque aquí no prestan ese servicio. Pedimos toallas para la playa y nos pidieron u deposito de $20 por toalla (pareciera que la vamos a robar). LA suite tiene Jacuzzi pero no sirve. En la habitación no tenía Direct TV porque estaba cortado, tuvieron que pagar para restablecer el servicio. Y la guinda del pastel, el desayuno colocan la porción de un niño porque así lo exige el dueño del hotel (esa fue la respuesta del mesonero). Anexo la foto La desidia del personal es insólita, desde la recepción, los mesonero y hasta el Gerente que nos mandó a comprar el hielo afuera. Muy lamentable porque somos huéspedes frecuentes de toda la cadena paradise (coche, yake, surf).

Нам достался номер без балкона. Номеров с балконом немного, хотели поменять по брибытии (ресепшн обозначил стоимость апгрейда в 300$), но поменять не удалось. Не очень расстроились, так как у отеля замечательные террасы, завтрак с видом на море. Есть предложения по комплексным обедам за 10$ с человека - суп, второе блюдо и сок. Попробовали как-то - нормально. Убираются каждый день, меняют полотенца. Отзывчивый и любезный персонал.

Un hotel cómodo a orillas de la playa, perfecto para ir en pareja o con la familia. Se percibe que hacen lo que pueden por prestar el mejor servicio, sin embargo, el personal necesita un poco mas de formación. La comida es buena, pero falta variedad y que sea mas abundante en el desayuno. En cuanto a las instalaciones, tiene sus detalles, pero soy conciente de que es un complejo que estuvo inactivo por el tema pandemia y que en mas de una oportunidad pude observar al personal de mantenimiento trabajando para corregir los detalles. Si tuviera la oportunidad de ir nuevamente, lo haría sin pensarlo, pues pese a lo antes narrado, nuestra estadía fue excelente.

Excelente atención en la playa por la extraordinaria Vanesa. Música espectacular. Buena comida. Vanesa se ocupa de que todo salga perfecto. La playa espectacular, las tumbonas y el kiosko muy cómodo. Los chicos que cuidan los carros, seres especiales y colaboradores

Estoy asombrada, acá son unos ladrones, que irresponsables. Fui por unas vacaciones happy y me devolví a mi casa pensando en lo horrible que fue. De paso, el wifi es un asco. No es de personas inconscientes, es que sorprende lo malo que es. Espero y mejoren, acá tienen una crítica constructiva.
