Ruiya Holiday Hotel

It’s my worst experience ever that I booked the hotel from trip.com. First of all, the photo shown on the APP is way different from the reality, which showed a balcony like in the room. Secondary, the cleanliness is terrible from the lift going up to the hotel, reception to every single corner. I even found a ***** hair on the white chair. The toilet’s mirror is secured by clear tape, epic!! People can smoke from reception to everywhere, ofc the room smells. There was no ‘do not disturb’ card for hanging, you got to allow their people to house keep while your were out or you didn’t want to. During the bed time, I turned the light off but the light leaks from the aperture…. Actually, I was checking another hotel for moving out at the first night, but no luck to find one available. Anyway, though the accommodation experience is that worst, but I like to give the reception lady a big kudos, with her kindness and helping me to book train online.
