Il resort presenta stanze molto ampie (noi abbiamo soggiornato alla 720), anche se un po’ datate sono tenute con cura e pulite. Nella struttura e possibile variare la scelta dei ristoranti, sono tre e tutti da provare con varie selezioni di pietanze, frutta varia, molto buona. Vi è la possibilità anche di spizzicare qualcosa di salato durante tutto il giorno nei vari punti resort, pizza buona. Vi sono tre piscine con il loro bar, il bere non manca mai. Spiaggia stupenda chilometrica da passeggiata soggetta alle maree, presenza di alcuni ragazzi di spiaggia e venditori a volte insistenti ma non invadenti. Promosse a pieni voti le due assistenti Franco Rosso: Sara ragazza sveglia solare e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi ns. bisogno, Marika la biologa preparata professionale e competente. Bocciato il responsabile Franco Rosso Sig. Domenico poco presente in struttura negli orari esposti in bacheca, inoltre a ns. avviso pessima figura per la sua mancata presenza nella serata dell’ aperitivo in rosso “ore 19”, riteniamo che sia professionale ringraziare la clientela. Un grande applauso ai ragazzi dell’animazione del Jambo Team, molto bravi, divertenti, con super spettacoli serali “ TOP ”. Un grazie di cuore a tutto il personale del Kole Kole, Baoabab, Meridadi, professionali, sempre sorridenti, gentili e pronti alle richieste, bravi.

I recently stayed at the Villa Mandhari Hotel for a business trip and found it to be a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, an outdoor pool, and a comfortable lounge area. The beach is also next to the hotel. The staff at the Villa Mandhari Hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Villa Mandhari Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Siamo stati al Neptune 4gg dopo un safari e onestamente capisco poco le recensioni negative. Il resort è molto bello (4 piscine, 2 ristoranti alla carta, 2 a buffet e 3 cocktail bar) e molto grande. Un prato con i lettini anticipa l'ampia spiaggia poco soggetta alle maree (non come watamu per intenderci). Camere ampie con balcone. Lo staff è assolutamente delizioso (super gentili e professionali). Le note dolenti sono il cibo (poco ricambio nei buffet e spesso molte scelte locali) e la connessione internet (presente in poche zone del resort) ma onestamente, visto il resto, possono essere dettagli marginali (si può cenare ad aragoste fuori dal resort con poche decine di euro).

Older hotel located directly at the beach. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff lack basic training, the food quality is just average. The monkeys and birds sometimes help themselves from the guests' plates. Other hotels in a similar situation deal with this annoying problem in a better and more professional way. Basic drinks and ice cubes are often missing. The fridge was missing in the room and the cell phone system didn't work either. For a so-called four-star hotel with a corresponding price, one can expect a lot more in all respects. than just smiling staff. Unfortunately not to be recommended.
