I booked presidential suite to enjoy weekend. Following is the experience: 1. Presedential suite was on ground floor and balcony was covered with large bushes blocking the entire view. I asked hotel management to shift me on higher floors so that i could enjoy the weather from the balcony. But they refusesd. 3. Even after repeated complaint no hot water came in bathroom. 4. Food was terrible and overpriced. Service was very slow. 5. Hotel is located at outskirt where there is no ola service and public transport is very less. I had to wait in rain on road for nearly half hour to catch an auto. 6. Pool is not that great. I do not recommend for enjoying holidays.

Service room and food was good but housekeeping department need to be work more professionally need to work more

Room was clean and it’s pretty nice place to stay, it’s a must try place and the food was also amazing.

Comfortable and clean room. Nice bed to sleep on. Very good and cordial service. Well located. Away from the noise.

Food was not good also in breakfast there was not-thing only have poori bhaji and fruits quality was also not good any ways he has to improve then food quality

Nice infra and nice staff behaviour..............fantastic stay and nice room.........can improve in breakfast and food menu it is too costly
