☀️Staff was awesome,anything we needed they were on top of it!! Also great location,about 300 feet from the beachoutside shower,clean pool♀️,adorable rooms & pet friendly Even though it rained for the 2 days we were there,we had a blast!!! We will definitely be making a second trip!!!!

Amazing experience very nice and clean only minutes away from the beach very close walking distance .The manager Diane is very accommodating and the staff is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and the pool was clean overall I give it a 10 out of 10 we look forward to our future stay

If you are planning to stay in Dewey Beach, this would be an excellent choice! Centrally located and a terrific staff here! We will definitely stay here again!

For the price of the room, it was not worth it. The back part of the hotel was more like a shady motel in the city.

It is a crime to charge that much money for a room that was mediocre at best. The back part of the hotel was like a motel in the middle of a city.

The hotel is not worth the price, especially the part of the hotel that was the back part. Aside from the staff, who were great, this hotel was awful. It's a motel pretending to be a 4 star hotel.

Tho across from Bottle & Cork, the noise didn’t bother us. Room was decently sound proof. FYI We are on our 50s

I loved the hotel! It’s close to the beach with easy access from the hotel, which was awesome! Local shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made it convenient for the family! And we were able to enjoy some of the area attractions with just a short drive.

Moldy ceiling tile, big gap under front door, room temp not regulated and moisture was high with condensation on floor for $333 per night!
