Amazing place

新裝修，離main camp很近，第二天去自駕記得帶吃的，整整餓了倆娃一天

The Safari Lodge is set in a fabulous location overlooking fields and water holes where all sorts of wildlife visit. Staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are all located so as to give excellent views. We enjoyed the cuisine too which offered good variety and a great breakfast set up. Altogether a unique and inspiring experience

Bellissimo Lodge con ogni tipo di confort, personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo ottimo. E' meraviglioso stare seduti nel giardino ed essere circondati da elefanti e impala che vengono a mangiare a pochi passi dalle persone. Inoltre nelle pozze d'acqua che si trovano davanti al lodge è possibile vedere qualsiasi tipo di animale, sia di giorno che di notte, venire ad abbeverarsi. Praticamente un safari continuo. Se amate la natura e starci a stretto contatto questo posto è perfetto. Consigliatissimo.

Hwange Safari Lodge is tucked in the wilderness but offers great security while exposed to fantastic wildlife. The game drive is a highlight, but also viewing animals from the raised platform is a great way to spend mornings and late afternoons.

This was my second stay in two years. This stay was better. I had such a bad experience the first time I was full of trepidation. We did, however, both times have the most wonderful safari experience and the animals are naturally the stars of the show. Hwange Safari Lodge has the capability of being first class accommodation due to the location. It needs an overhaul and to be fair they have started the project. Our room had been updated. This was on the left wing of the hotel. Previously we stayed in the right wing. It was horrendous. I did not check if they had updated these rooms but to say I had sent my children on school trips 20 years ago and they would have thought these rooms were basic is not unfair. The food is average with the breakfast buffet at $30 per head laughable. Make sure you get it included with accommodation cost as you don’t have any other options and this cost was honestly ridiculous (ps I don’t mind spending g a lot of money on good food and great service. This was neither). I’m sad to write such a review as my husband has such fond memories of spending time at the lodge back in the 70s. I feel it hasn’t moved with the times and is firmly stuck back in the 70s.

Excellent place to stay at, near the Hwange national Park. excellent views overlooking the watering wall where you can see a plethora of wide life from elephants to birds.

Wonderful property with lovely staff, good food, great drinks and a fantastic place to view wildlife so close to the resort!

The safari is strategically positioned, being a few kms away from the Hwange national park. watching wild animals as they come at the water point just outside the lodge is one of the unique experiences for the guests. its suitable for business and family holidays and there is staff that is ready to serve, easy to approach and hardworking. i would love to visit again

This hotel has a great location overlooking a water hole on the edge of the Hwange national park. Elephants, buffalo, impala, kudu and crocodile were seen from the lawn and a mother and baby elephant even came to the swimming pool at night! The facilities are excellent. I visited low season and the menu selections were limited but the food was good.

Scenic environment,absolutely refreshing.The staff is very pleasant and helpful.The occasional animal sightings also illuminate your stay.

The overall service was exceptional from the guests' arrival to their departure. Every detail, from the activities to the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, was perfectly executed.

We stayed in four different lodges, and this was one of the best! Great rooms and wonderful area to. view elephants and zebras at the waterholes. The food was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We have been staying at Hwange Safari lodge for many years amd it never disappoints. We love the room upgrades, clean and beds are comfortable. The lodge is well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. The Elephant coming down to the water hole in the evenings is an amazing sight and provides a rare opportunity to see these amazing creatures up close. We enjoyed the food and mainly had the buffet. I would just suggest a bit more variety and quality improvement on some things offered. Stock availability in the bar was also an issue this trip. Overall we had another wonderful stay and will be back!
