Il servizio 2nights3days.The e la pulizia complessiva sono stati molto soddisfacenti, ma sono stati un po' delusi nella qualità del buffet da pranzo. Era uno dei buffet più costosi, ma il gusto era così e non molte varietà come previsto..

Era un hotel ristrutturato e rimarcato dal mare, così deciso di provarlo. Non era del tutto deluso dalla camera deluxe del re - grande letto, pulito, fresco (potete dire che era tutto nuovo mobili), e amare il lavandino dove c'era un bagno e doccia/ toaletta separata. CONCLUSIONE MINI BAR anche nelle vostre camere, con caratteristiche molto belle come il asciugacapelli e il caldaia d'acqua. L'intero hotel era così bello, esteticamente piacevole, e profumato incredibile. Volevamo anche scoprire quale centesimo usavano. Il servizio era anche buono - parlato in inglese o cinese. La piscina era riscaldata per poter essere utilizzata tutto l'anno, non abbiamo provato i ristoranti, ma ho provato il bagno per ottenere un viso 60-mins. È bello avere un negozio di comodità a piedi, così potremmo raccogliere le necessità se ne avesse uno, e hanno un caffè (ONRUA) per colazione e caffè (delizioso!) Vorremmo rimanere qui per più tempo, così potremmo godere tutte le attrazioni!

E'un hotel che non ha bisogno di parole. Ho un caricamento di bellezza del giardino dalla bellezza della montagna. Mi piace. Mi sono preso in prestito una bella cabana. E' delizioso. Il mio primo piccolo consiglio è andare alla sala da bagno, non sapevo come fare a causa delle persone che puliscono la stanza da bagno e lavano il corpo, e solo il mio ragazzo aspettava il palazzo principale all’ingresso della sala da bagno. E Valet 15.000 Non pensare che sia un rifiuti. This was my second visit and I might try next year as well if I come to Jeju island again. Food is great for the price. Lovrd the breakfast. As a platinum member, my family was expecting to be upgraded greatly because one of the opening members of this hotel dearly dearly asked to visit here again. She was a model of the advertisement on TV screen of the front desk. My husband and I were a bit doubting with our first stays. My coffee had some bvlgari soap taste and smell from nespresso machine I used. Their bathroom amenities are Bvlgari. I was very unpleasant if they washed the cups roughly by using in room handwash or so. And we had brand new hotel’s Smell issues in the room. I had a terrible headache and allergies with sneezing. When I requested to have some sprays to get rid of the smell , they got me some sprays and air purifier. It didn’t solve much but we enjoyed the sightseeing and nice food selections in the hotel. The room manager sent us nice dessets From the lounge or breakfast buffet desserts to apologize about coffee taste incident. At least, we were grateful to see some gestures of apologies. and we weren’t upgraded our room last time for 5 days in spite of off season. They said the rooms were full but I had been read Of reviews that those who just arrived at the hotel while we were staying. They seemed to have been upgraded. Their tiers weren’t higher than my status all the time. Those lies the front desk workers told us made us upset a bit. I wouldn’t honestly stay here by paying the full prices that they marked. I think Jeju has a lot more of better options with hotel services and its locations to offer. This hotel Was over priced back then and still now. It is even not worth of points of 55,000 Points a night if you don’t get any breakfast for free. There are more options with better professonal options like Sh@@l hotel and many others. I would only stay here when the restaurants wuality and prices arr nice as now and we get all the tier benifits. This time, they just ignored promised not to disapoint my family if we visiy again around June. They dearly promised to upgrade to one of the Suites if we camr back. We thought it couldn’t be trusted but we wanted to trust the words. It was simply ignored many times again and I was also reading the live reviews on Korean traveler’s Blogs and web groups bragging about their Suites that they got upgraded for free during the same periods of stay as us. Theirs was shorter. We wanted and asked even for a day if we could. And they said, everyone was staying as long as us and it is fully occupied. I didn’t understand why the hotel had to lie to us about it. Anyways, we didn’t pay for the Suites - the upgraded luck wasn’t there and can’t be complaint of it. But we were disappointed with the way of their treatment with lies or not so much accommodation.

L'appartamento è molto vicino al parco tematico e offre l'ammissione gratuita al parco tematico. Tuttavia, dobbiamo guidare fuori per raggiungere le altre attrazioni. Il negozio di comodità è vicino e la sauna e piscina all'interno è un plus soprattutto durante il tempo freddo. L'appartamento non sembra essere di proprietà esclusiva dell'organizzazione dell'hotel, quindi può essere una miscela di residenti e turisti.

La vista e la stanza erano perfette.. Il tempo che ho goduto di snack e cocktail mentre guardavo le performance in diretta nella piscina, la bella scena esterna dell'hotel era impressionante. Ho avuto allergie alla crostacea, e ho avuto allergie mentre mangio l'albicocche nella piscina, e dovevo andare in farmacia per comprare medicina; ho lavato l'acqua nel mio costume da bagno e sono andato al lobby, ma l'uomo in costume era molto attento. Prendei un taxi e andai in città per comprare medicina, e alla fine era ben risolto; poi mi venne l’attenzione, ricordandomi il viso, e chiedendomi se stavo bene la mattina dopo. Anche il personale del servizio frontale mi ha ricevuto molto gentilemente, e abbiamo visitato per ragioni speciali, e siamo stati grati per la parte che mi ha catturato e mi ha aiutato a godere di buoni benefici. In generale, il personale dell'hotel era caldo e amichevole, quindi se si visita l'isola di Jeju con la sua famiglia di nuovo, questo è un posto che si desidera sicuramente ricordare e tornare.

La stanza è molto carina e ci sono dei giocattoli che piacciono molto ai bambini. All'esterno ci sono scivoli e altalene. C'è anche un parco giochi al coperto, ma è a pagamento. Ma basta che i bambini siano felici. C'è una piscina all'aperto, ma la temperatura dell'acqua è troppo alta, quasi quella di una vasca da bagno, quindi non è molto piacevole per giocare. La colazione è molto buona, con molte varietà e dal gusto delizioso. È semplicemente troppo costoso, due grandi e due piccoli costano più di 500 RMB. L'hotel non è lontano dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti e ci vogliono dieci minuti per prendere un taxi. Il personale dell'hotel non parla molto bene l'inglese, ma può aiutare con i taxi. Non è nemmeno lontano dalla città di Seogwipo. Non lontano dal Museo dell'Orsacchiotto. Se hai bambini puoi scegliere qui.

La posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana, ma molto tranquilla n in grado di vedere l'oceano mentre ci siamo fermati sul terrazzo dell'oceano. Il personale è certamente molto bello e utile, sicuramente vale almeno una volta.

When I checked in, the staff was not welcoming at all and it took a while (15mins although there was no line at the lobby) to get help to check in. And then at check-in we were told there would be an issue with the AC because of the warm weather (like 90F definitely not 100F) and if water drips from the AC and the ceiling around it so much they will bring the towel to the room and the situation will be better at night. I was frustrated but at that time, my family and I were already so exhausted and it was obviously too late to change the plan with all hotels in the area booked out in advance. And yes the THE WHOLE FLOOR WAS FLOODED EVEN DURING NIGHT and I needed to request bunch of towels several times and kept wiping the floor. And WORST PART WAS THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT BEING COOLED IN SUMMER NIGHT. I paid like $700 per night to stay there. This is not the service I expect paying like this. And if room has a serious problem, they should have given me different room or let me know in advance so I can cancel booking. I sent an email to them after coming back from vacation and they KEEP SAYING it's NATURAL to have that issue (Come on. I have never had that issue in my life no matter how warm it is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should have maintained facility better and if there is an issue, they need to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). According to them SINCE ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS UNDERSTOOD THAT (so what??? should i just shut up crying????) they cannot do any action. They offered they are going to send a small gift (what gift???? name it!) if I agree or in the future, if I stay there there will be some discount (of course I don't want to stay there in the future). This kind of customer service attitude is not expected even from a mass market producer, not to mention the hospitality industry. The A/C problem and the way the hotel has handled it has ruined my family reunion and I highly recommend to avoid this hotel at all cost.

The hotel is stunning and the rooms were really nice. Special mention to the bathroom which was so clean and so luxurious. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, we were quite disappointed to face a price to access the sauna and nothing to eat or drink offered in the room for such a high-standard hotel. The swimming pool was nice but so stinky that we weren't comfortable going in it. The outdoor pool was not heated enough to swim in it during winter. The hotel had so many things included (24-hour convenience store, multiple restaurants) you could basically live there. Beware that there are a lot of families, therefore kids and you can hear them from early morning. If you go there it's good to have a car but the village next to them has many different restaurants and a large nice beach. The big minus: we booked a room for 3 on Trip.com but when we arrived at the hotel they said it was only for two and we had to pay an extra per night quite high. In short: I highly recommend the place.
