The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

The resort was well maintained and beautiful! the hotel staffs were all friendly and welcoming. special thanks to Mira from the front office team. she was really accommodating and helpful when i asked for a room change because my room was really at the end and the view wasn’t what I booked for. I was travelling with young children and the view was quite depressing with a view of the carpark. after a few call exchanges, she provided us with a room change that was so much more beautiful and comfortable. we were all so thankful and appreciative for the help of Mira and probably her whole team. it made our stay so special. we will definitely come back again for our next trip to Desaru. breakfast was great, seriously our experience in this resort was one of the best in Desaru so far!

Abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza in hotel, celebrando il compleanno del mio bambino. Nonostante la lunga distanza di viaggio, abbiamo goduto una vacanza meravigliosa e rilassante. Il personale dell'hotel si è spostato sopra e oltre, decorando la nostra stanza con un tema ”Pokemon” e preparando una bella torta. Quando hanno imparato l'allergia alla nuotata di mio figlio, il manager dell'hotel ha organizzato una nuova torta, che era incredibilmente pensante.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

Vibes, vecchio hotel scolastico. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite che era spaziosa con una cucina ben attrezzata. Era una stagione bassa. Questo è probabilmente il motivo per cui il bar sulla spiaggia non è aperto e il servizio in camera funziona solo fino alle 2:00! Il ristorante di cibo marino vicino era buono. In generale è un buon soggiorno.

The staff was so friendly, helpful Room is clean, just sad only the TV is not function well as only few channel can view .. But overall my staying is so enjoying and very memorable, coz this Tiara residence plc is just near to the beach.... Nice place to stay.. will come back again 👍👍👍
