Il personale era così cordiale! Abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi di comunicazione tra l'hotel e trip.com per quanto riguarda il pagamento, ma hanno risolto rapidamente e il personale è stato veloce per sistemare le cose per noi! Abbiamo apprezzato sia la vasca idromassaggio che la piscina ed entrambi erano esattamente ciò di cui avevamo bisogno!! L'hotel era abbastanza lontano dal centro per essere tranquillo ma abbastanza vicino da rendere tutto accessibile. La cosa più importante che mi ha colpito è stata la disponibilità del personale. La navetta era proprio li' quando sono uscito dall'aeroporto dal mio volo tardivo e l'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto. Quindi è stato un viaggio veloce, un check-in veloce e un letto veloce. Il letto era duro per me, ma sono una di quelle persone che amano un letto morbido. Il colazione la mattina dopo era grande e poteva godersi prima di essere portato via dall'Enterprise per la mia macchina.
