I visit CO at least once a year, usually Christmas time for sure. My stay was great. My room was nice and clean. Loved the shower. The service was good, everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed batteries for the remote and my card was charged twice since I used a third party. The front desk staff and the manager were patient and helpful. The extra charge was removed as soon as possible. Thanks everyone!

Best Hotel, and has many premium resterunt hotel in walking distance

I would have gave 5 stars the the front desk person was not hospitable and refused to do anything about others parking in the lot leaving no spaces for guests. Wouldn’t have been that big of deal if they don’t pre charge you $10 a day to park and there are no spaces to park in.

Super clean. Doors don’t block hallway noise very well, but it’s mostly business people so not too loud. Incredibly helpful staff.

Easy check-in, clean rooms, $10 charge for parking in a very small parking lot. Close to interstate, so constant traffic noise. Convenient location for our stay.

Very clean and updated room with an excellent bathroom and shower for a very reasonable price. The staff were extremely nice and were willing to work with me when my trip was cut short.

The 10.00 a day for parking was most annoying. Why do the customers have to pay extra if the hotel cannot police their own parking lot of unauthorized cars

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were so helpful and one even lent us her personal charging cord since ours wasn't working. She went above and beyond. The room could have been cleaner. A fork was on the floor and a really long hair in the sheets. Otherwise it was great.

Terrible customer service. We live over 6 hours away. Called just over halfway there to inquire about a pack and play. We were told they had overbooked by 3 rooms and would get back to us in 15 minutes. Didn’t hear back from them until we were in their parking lot in which they told us we unfortunately did not have a room. Front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not willing to let us speak to a manager. When we finally did the manager told us they knew over a week ago they were booked and that this had happened the day before as well. When I asked why they weren’t watching it more closely if it was already an issue all I got was excuses. She said at least they had contacted me to let me know, in which I corrected her and said no I had contacted them and then it took over 3 hours for them to figure out whether or not I had a room. I asked why they weren’t letting people know until 7:30 at night. They did not do anything to help make this right or help get us a room. We were stuck in limbo over 6 hours from home with 2 small children on a holiday weekend.

Very dissapointed in the facility. The sofa sleeper was filthy. Could not use it. Could hear the person sleeping in the next room and lots of noise from outside too

Location is great. Amazing dining options close by and right by the highway. Very clean, housekeepers were great.
