Highly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.

Awesome location in downtown Denver. However the hotel itself needs improving. No vending so you HAVE to buy from the marketplace. Never saw room service nor did they come to my room while I was there.

Overall I am very satisfied with everything in the hotel. Maybe its common in the US, there is no water cooker in the room and can only refill drunkable water in the gym room

Happy with my stay in general

Excellent location close enough to the Convention Center to walk over for our show/event. Close enough to walk to plenty of restaurant options from Taco Bell and Chipotle to Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, excellent Thai food, etc. We did not have to use or move our vehicle during the entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The big and only issue which we had was no hot water in the room for the first two days of our stay and that hot shower is vital! We were complimented breakfast and a beverage for one day, so this helped to make up for the lack of hot water in the hotel for those two days. The breakfast was excellent and the only hot meal we were able to have in the 3 mornings we were in Denver, but would have been economically out of our reach if not complimentary.

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

The Hotel in general is ok. My reservation was for a room with two queen beds. There were only 2 old and torn bath towels on the side of one of the beds I found a pair of dirty socks, the carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed. I think the hotel has an excellent location and I liked the pool, the staff was friendly, it seemed very expensive for what the hotel offers and the quality of cleaning above all.

Stayed here while on a road trip parking is intergated into the building and you need a pass to enter felt as though my car was Safe and secure. Furthermore it’s very easy to go back and forth between your room and car as the elevators take you to the garage area as well as the floor to your room very convenient. Front Desk staff were not friendly. Room was clean and I’d say above average in quality.

Top floor view of the mountains is exactly what someone from the flat Midwest needs. Staff is great as always

Nice, clean hotel with own parking and walking distance to restaurants and the 16th Street Mall. Great price, will definitely stay again

This hotel is in downtown Denver, and is very close to Coors field, which has a bunch of great party places in restaurants. In addition to the Baseball. Parking is pretty outrageous but understandable when you’re downtown.

Everyone was nice, front desk was friendly we had breakfast and the waitress was nice and friendly as well

Excellent facilities with good price. Everything is good. Location, room, parking, hotel management all these are good.
