Così arrivarono e tutto sembrava bene, decisi di prendere un snack dal caffè (come si chiamano) abbiamo chiesto un panino di carne e un hamburger ordinario (per i bambini) così brutto ha detto non fare panini di carne mio marito ha detto bene sul menu! E perché un hamburger??Perché dovrei essere chiesto ai miei figli non piace l'insalata!! Aspettato mezz'ora per una birra e un mojio chiede due volte dove sono le mie bevande orzo un scusa!!! Camera ok tirare fuori il letto molto inconfortabile ma ok per 1 notte ho chiesto per le piumini extra non ho avuto alcun problema. Il condizionamento dell'aria non ha funzionato nella nostra camera! La sicurezza non si apre finché l'uomo di manutenzione si aprì! La media alimentare non tutti il buffet delizioso basilare!! Piscina carina ma piccola. In generale non molto parlato al manager e si può avere un pranzo libero non si preoccupi di fondamentalmente non grazie ma il mio punto è 4 stelle e pagando 300 sterline a nite che vuoi essere sorprendente lontano!

Il hotel è stato eccellente, ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato utile, gentile e amichevole, non vedo come altri recensori dicono che sono rudi! - l'hotel dovrebbe essere orgoglioso di loro. La cena era di servizio a buffet e la qualità era molto buona, con una buona varietà ogni giorno per adattarsi a tutti i gusti. L'esperienza della sala da pranzo è miscela - si fa molto rumoroso al momento del picco e diventa inconfortabile, ma evita il picco e è buona. L'hotel era pulito senza spot, è stato ovviamente aggiornato e l'aspetto generale è molto buono. Il servizio TV nelle stanze è molto povero - inaccettabile in età di oggi con opzioni satellitari, via cavo e Internet - non abbiamo mai avuto in 4 settimane sia la BBC che l'ITV , e per la scorsa settimana non abbiamo avuto nemmeno a causa della mancanza di segnale. Nonostante i due negativi, ritorneremo in modo sicuro, poiché l'hotel rappresenta un valore eccellente e si trova in una posizione ideale.

Our apartment was clean and spacious. It was serviced regularly throughout the six weeks we were there. The grounds were well maintained. We really enjoyed the use of the indoor swimming pool throughout the stay. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, however on occasions it was not easy for my wife, who is a vegetarian to distinguish between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options on the buffet. We have already booked for next year.
