Very beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Rincón del Mediterráneo". 1 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet position, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (30 x 10 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach 800 m. Sports harbour 1 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. "Rincón del Mediterráneo", 3-room apartment 47 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 pull-out bed (1 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm).
