The adjoining sofa area includes a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player, and also offers fantastic views thanks to the large window front. The completely redesigned kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric cooktops, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso latte macchiato machine, blender, kettle, and much more. Five modern combination air conditioning units ensure the perfect indoor climate all year round – pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter. Additionally, a pellet stove provides comfortable and efficient heating during the colder months. The house features a guest toilet with shower as well as a large bathroom with another shower. The lower level also includes a fitness and laundry room with a third shower. All three bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, mirrored wardrobes, and dressers. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets. Two rooms have double beds sized 180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm respectively. The third room is used as an office and offers a pull-out bed for flexible use. The fully fenced plot makes the villa ideal for dogs, who are warmly welcomed here. The private pool invites you to cool off, and the terrace with a gas grill provides cozy evenings with a glass of wine. A high chair and a baby crib are available upon request.
