Loved our stay at the Hilton, service staff super friendly, food and cocktails were delicious and the pools did t disappoint. Nice Long sandy Beach to walk along each day (1.5km), 3 restaurants and some small shops for snacks. Great for families with kids, loads of daily activities and perfect for adults getting a break from the kids. Definitely coming back!!!

While traveling with a child the first and foremost thing that I expect is cleanliness of the hotel and if I see food remains on the sofa from previous stays it’s a big no from me. Not only that the floor was so dirty, we couldnt walk without shoes inside, the whole one bedroom apartment just felt very run down and lifeless. If I am paying such high price and denarau boasts on having 5 star hotels, i expect 5 star service. Their breakfast was chaotic. I ordered an omelette that arrived 30 mins later while my husband orders and his arrives in 10 mins. I am afraid to even say it but I felt it was a little raciest as he is white and I am brown so there were white face privileges. We were so disappointed with the hotel and the service that we checked out on the same day as checkin and went to stay at Radisson instead. Not once did the staff asked why are we checking out early and if there is any issues . We will never be staying in this hotel in denarau again

OMG what a AMAZING LOCATION, could not fault anything about The Hilton, especially the staff, they are just beautiful happy people who provide exceptional service😊 the food was DELICIOUS & the cocktails AMAZING. We will definitely be recommending The Hilton to all our family & friends & will be booking another trip very soon & on behalf of my Husband & I , we would like to say a BIG BIG VINAKA to all the Management & Staff 😊❤️🙌🏻

I had a disappointing experience relating to service. My room had no wifi upon check in. I made the staff aware of this straight away, yet nothing was done until mid-morning the next day after I insisted it be resolved. All up I had to visit reception 2 times and call reception 5 times before they finally sent someone for a rather quick fix. When I called reception (outside of check in/out hours) often there was no answer. Furthermore, I paid for an oceanview room with 2 single beds, at check in I confirmed this was what I booked and requested that the room was not overlooking the pool. All these requests were ignored, and I was given a pool room with 1 bed, with no explanation for why. While the staff are friendly (most hospitality staff across Fiji are), for a "5" Star resort I found the service very lacking.

What’s an amazing day the environment was good. The staff were even better. We stayed in a one bedroom villa that had a shared plunge pool with a view of the ocean. The room had dishes, Utensils, cutlery all amenities, including microwave, refrigerator, pots, and pans, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It’s only 30 minutes from the airport with two restaurants, very family, friendly, and Access to tours and the port. I will definitely stay again.

Service very slow. Food mostly pretty bad. Beware the "garden view" room. No garden, a few scruffy bushes, a main road and a bus stop!
