The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Housekeeping visited twice daily and did a fabulous job the rooms are as spotlessly clean.What really makes this hotel is the amazing service. Everyone we interacted with, and there were many, went out of their way to ensure that we had the best possible experience:Location is very close from delhi airport and the food the food was delicious,Staff also very friendly and efficient.

Stupendo che ci siamo trasferiti in pochi, ma abbiamo trovato un buon hotel a Delhi ora Il personale era sorprendente. Abbiamo controllato alle 11 e quando siamo andati giù hanno esteso il nostro controllo alle 2:00. L'hotel è eccezionalmente pulito. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole. La camera era bella amato la costruzione della proprietà. Molto luss & magnifico.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Ark Wood Residency Near Delhi International Airport, I recently stayed at Hotel Ark Wood Residency, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to an executive room, courtesy of the front desk, a gesture that set the tone for a wonderful stay. The housekeeping services were impeccably managed by Sahil, who ensured the room was always spotless and comfortable. His attention to detail truly enhanced the experience. Overall, my stay at was marked by excellent service, comfort and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless and luxurious stay while transiting through Delhi Airport.

Questo hotel è pulito e confortevole. Ho soggiornato senza preoccupazioni. Sembra che ci siano hotel d'affari in Giappone, quindi suggerisco davvero di soggiornare per i giapponesi, ovviamente per gli altri. E si è verificato un problema con me stesso, poi lo staff mi ha aiutato in modo rapido e flessibile. Hotel davvero carino e voglio dirgli grazie mille. ARIGATO

Really neat and tidy rooms good experience and good room service location is inside city and near can-naught place

I found this 3 star hotel by Google close to the Delhi airport “free airport shuttle” which was not correct and the only hotel that I saw who advertised this on Google searching hotels near Delhi airport… I had to spend the night after not able to board a flight back to USA Sunday morning at 12:20 AM on the morning of December 3 but on the evening of December 2. I was only able to reserve a room from December 3-4 on line. Not a problem at all. I asked someone from the information desk to please help me with how much more it would cost to check in immediately around 2 AM… They said 2,500 rupees more. No problem at all. I was excited to be able to have the opportunity to sleep comfortably. I was welcomed by their front desk staff and immediately escorted to my room which I slept very comfortably for 8 hours after taking a shower. When I woke up I showered again before going out to explore the Aerocity Area around me. Rakes at the front desk was very polite and accommodating with things to do around me in the short visit that I had in Aerocity. He recommended going to World Mark I at Aerocity which I found the cutest airline restaurant and bar called “The Social.” When I returned to my hotel Rakes greeted me with a smile and helped me check out asking about how his recommendations were. They were fantastic I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff at Hotel Purple Orchid enough. I enjoyed resting so comfortably at this hotel while walking to so many other places close to me!

Hotel ok, molto povero e servizio ritardato. Mantenimento della casa ok, ma bisogna chiamare il desk per essere puliti. Il cibo è mediocre, servizio lento.
