I am very satisfied with Meridien Plaza Hotel. The hotel is very nice and stuff is very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast and food is also very good and tasty. I can really recommend this Hotel to everyone, who wants to visit New Delhi. The location in South Delhi is also very good and there is a Metro station nearby.

❌ Worst of all hotel I have been to till date.❌ Booked via MMT and selling themselves as ”5 star” while the staff at reception confirmed that it's a ”4 star” hotel and according to my experience, this hotel doesn't even qualify for ”3 star”. Room is in really bad shape. Found rusting and water marks all over the washroom. Hard water running in the taps. Cleaning of the room was not done properly upon check in. Bedding and towels are not cleaned properly. Towels were not changed with new towel instead old ones were folded and return for use. Bathroom is full of moulding and the toilet seat full of stains inside the pot. Amenities were not served and have to ask for every small thing. Even the pair of slippers had to be asked. Booked it for 2 days but looking to shift to a better hotel with better and normal experience after the first day. Never going to recommend this hotel to anybody.
