隨便定的一個酒店，但是總體效果感覺非常好！具體如下：
1、服務態度熱情有禮。前台小姐姐温柔有親和力，從辦理入住到退房都微笑服務，退房還送了瓶水。
2、酒店位置優越便利。離西站很近，打車8分鐘就能到。
3、努力解決客户需求。着急趕車，店長和前台小姐姐幫我打電話叫車，解決交通問題；早餐會有專人定時送到房間，節約時間成本；前台幫忙打印材料，材料多且雜，全程耐心禮貌，時間長會跟客户講不好意思久等了。
4、房間寬敞設施完善。房間床品乾淨整潔，窗户大且明亮，晚上基本安靜，衞生間鏡子很大，雙重門鎖保障安全。
整體的感覺就像五月的德惠一樣，温暖愜意，如沐春風！

UUtente anonimo選了個小型房間，住起來感覺依然不錯。所以給了高分評價。希望下次再住這裏。為改進，提出幾點不足：⑴ 電視機衹能看網絡電視節目，但酒店沒有購買服務，所以連即時的中央台和地方台節目都不能看；⑵ 房間內粘貼的所謂掃碼快速上網廣告，實際上是我某APP做宣傳，這種誤導行為不是很好。
