SJ Paradise

I have experienced so many places in my life, but this was one of those lousier places worth forgetting. Location is bang at U turn and no vehicle stops for you to take a safe U turn. Security guard didn’t understand when I asked about parking and driver’s accommodation. Check-in staff was so rude, I couldn’t gather courage to call them for the non-functional room TV, which had an account recharge overdue. Room AC was not working, and this TV failure killed my enthusiasm to call them to get that fixed at late night. Bath towels were stained, body wash dispenser in the toilet wad empty, I had to manage with hair shampoo in the mid of shower. My booking had breakfast included, there was nobody to guide, somehow, I reached the rooftop restaurant, it wad empty, nothing served. Staff there mentioned that buffet was closed and they could offer a la carte breakfast. I asked them for Aloo Paratha, they said they could make only Aloo Pyaj Paratha, ad the batter wad ready. It was first day of Navratras, I refused that Aloo Pyaj Paratha and asked them what they could offer, they sent two slices of bread, toasted, with butter separately, a small portion of cut fruits, without any cutlery or fork, and a super boiling glass of hot milk, I waited for half an hour for that to get cooled. I had asked for Lassi, which was refused.

Worst and poor experience at hotel sj paradise Unprofessional staff no one from hospitality background at all don't know standards All departments are unprofessional starts from front office .room service .pathetic food and dirty rooms Fowl smell in rooms Bed bugs in my room I never recommend this hotel All managers are unprofessional I think md of this hotel is sleeping

The stay was okay but not worthy of the price i paid. Nobody came to assist us while we were picking our luggage, one of the washroom was smelling so bad that it was not possible to stand there even for a second
