"Very unprofessional staff from check in to check out. Not at all a 5 star hotel. There was no one to deliver our luggage to our room. We did it ourselves. Breakfast quality was very poor. Central ac system was leaking everywhere. We ordered a cake for birthday during check in & it was not delivered till our check out. Ambience of the hotel was not as per 5 star standards. These people need to improve their service quality in-order to justify the price they are charging."

Provato il Pahari Thali per cena. Era davvero delizioso (anche pesante)!! Vorrei tornare per un soggiorno più lungo!"
