When I sat down for my meal, I found that the quality of the food was exactly the same as it was two years ago. "The information provided the amenities of the corporate room is misleading. The room does not include a sofa set, despite it being advertised. Additionally, no welcome kit was provided, and the reception staff was unresponsive and reluctant to accept feedback. In the restaurant, even basic necessities are overpriced — for instance, a bottle of packaged drinking water costs Rs. 50, which is unreasonable for a place like Dehradun. Furthermore, the restaurant staff lacks proper dining etiquette. Housekeeping services were not offered for the second day of our stay, which is disappointing. Overall, the hotel's policies and services are extremely poor and require immediate attention and improvement. "

"Its too much unprofessionalism at the property. The staff act and treat guest similar to a road ride shady one star budget Dhaba style hotel. Breakfast was a joke . They claim 4 star property but Breakfast is as poor as worst kind. No Wi-Fi working, no maintenance of rooms even if its new property. The staff bluff and shows highest level of unprofessionalism. They told us to serve drinks up to 10.30 but later denied after 10. Also when asked something small one which can cater easily like ice cubes they show face like they are doing a free favor for us. Reception staff too unprofessional. Anyone who chooses it will be face a nightmare. But the reviews might managed one otherwise its strange that who will choose it. Avoid it on any cost."
