Ambience , services are excellent. Food is very hygienic. Staff on duty are punctual , sincere & very co operative. Strongly recommending to stay for Business , Family members. Mr. Aravind who has provided services to us is very sincere , polite & providing prompt services.

Terrible Experience at Clarks Inn Express My recent stay on 11th Nov. 2024 at Clarks Inn Express was extremely disappointing. I had ordered a vegetarian meal, but to my shock, non-vegetarian food was served in my room. As a vegetarian, this was not only upsetting but also a serious oversight. When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, the restaurant manager insisted that the food was vegetarian, despite my clear concerns. I asked him to double-check with the chef, and only then did he casually acknowledge the mistake, stating that the wrong order had been sent and promising to correct it. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability or urgency in resolving the issue. The manager did not seem to take the situation seriously, which made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their staff’s responsiveness and quality control.

Great Experience,Throughout my visit, I encountered various staff members, and each one was consistently courteous and attentive. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job ensuring that my room was not only clean but also comfortable. They were always polite and greeted me with a smile whenever we crossed paths. Nice place in the middle of city offering comfortable stay and good food. The staff was always smiling and ready to help and that's basically all that is required from a hotel in the middle of the city. All in all worth staying with family or friends No alcohol though

The hotel is very neat and clean. They served us Jain food which was exceptional. Property seems untouched. Staff is very polite and respectful. The location is nearby malls and very well connected with city and all sightseeing. Akhil Aswal restaurant staff really helped us to manage jain food and great treatment.

Good hospitality and maintenance. Clean and neat. Good breakfast and food. Comfortable stay. Nice scenic view.Close to Railway station..Arvind took good care at restaurant. Overall a good experience. Definitely would recommend this hotel stay..
