La struttura è a 6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. Il personale di custodia è impeccabile, il personale di accoglienza è utile e amichevole e si può lasciare i vostri valori senza dubbio. Solo una minibar e un cassaforte sono mancanti, ma questo hotel vale ancora ogni penny.

Great location right by the marina and good access to local restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and attentive. Parking available at cost but small car park. Maybe worth booking in advance if that’s possible. Breakfast was good selection including on one day, a hot breakfast. All food regularly replenished. Rooms well equipped and good size with good air con. Slept well in comfortable bed. Thoroughly recommend.

We first stayed at the Hotel Mercure in Trouville-Sur-Mer as part of a package deal through Brittany Ferries in August 2022, and our experience was so positive that we decided to return for 4 nights arriving Monday 7th August 2023, again through a Brittany Ferries package: We were not disappointed with our decision to return! As before, the hotel was clean, and our room was cleaned daily, and the location of the hotel is superb, just 2-5 minutes walk to the beach, and within minutes (or seconds!) walk of lots of local restaurants. A walk (or ferry) to Deauville, and the beach/boardwalk there is definitely recommended, but please see my previous review in August 2022 for more information on location, and on the hotel itself. However, the main thing which made us feel so happy to return was the staff at the hotel. All of the staff we encountered at Reception were both friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English, although occasionally my wife would ask if she could practice her French, which was always agreed to, and then embarked on a conversation in French about various things, including our usual need for milk each day for our tea. (Du lait, s’il vous plaît, pour le thé. Nous sommes Anglais!). Specific thanks this year go to Lindsay for her help and patience, although, as stated above, all Reception staff are thanked! We again emphasise to the reader the advantage of booking through Brittany Ferries as this yields a very good saving compared to booking both the ferry and the hotel independently. Overall, again, a very enjoyable stay, and we hope to come back soon! Merci beaucoup!!

Grande hotel ben situato, un accoglienza calda, con personale molto comprensivo. I cani sono accettati solo per questo, grazie. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro molto breve soggiorno che fu di un grande riposo per noi. non esitaremo a tornare.

L'hotel è molto nuovo, la camera è grande e luminosa e pulita e pulita.Progettare ragionevolmente, la rete è veloce.Il servizio della ricetta è caldo e necessario.La colazione è ricca e il cibo è fresco.Il parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel è molto più situato e ci sono sei cabine di carica. C'è un'autostrada di sei minuti dal centro di Doville. Gli hotel sono a casa di Lefour, McDonald's e diverse sale di franca.Prezzo ragionevole, prezzo elevato!Raccomandato!

Hôtel agréable et avec piscine

The staff is always welcoming, the room was nice and modern, very spacious, with free coffee available. Rooms are well isolated from outside noise and very clean.The location is convenient, close to the train, bus & tram station. Simple family like atmosphere.

Hotel molto rumoroso. Porte chiuse ogni 2 minuti. Camera molto luminosa la mattina, non siamo riusciti a dormire dopo il sollevamento del sole.
