Hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad a 100 metros del parque las habitaciones son sencillas, cómodas y muy limpias apenas para pasar la noche y estar en un lugar céntrico. No incluye el desayuno, en las habitaciones no hay Coffee maker, el precio es relativamente cómodo sobre todo si se mira la comodidad de la ubicación. El personal es muy amable y cordial.

Hotel Ciudad de David è uno dei nostri due “vai” hotel a David (l'altro essere Gran Nacional). Il servizio è eccellente. Le camere sono comode e pulite. Buffet colazione è il migliore mai! Piscina è grande. La stanza di esercizi è pulita ma semplice. Il parcheggio è eccellente. Molto consigliata!

Il personale di questo hotel è stato spettacolare. Celebravamo il nostro ”5° anniversario di vita in Panama”. Abbiamo menzionato questo al check-in e siamo stati trattati a un dolce speciale con questo fatto notato sulla piastra. Il personale di attesa era disponibile e ospitato. La nostra stanza era perfetta per noi. Non c'è nulla di rumore e ci siamo divertiti molto nelle nostre docce calde. La nostra persona di servizio frontale, Haxciria, era attenta alle nostre esigenze e ci ha trattato con rispetto e amicizia. Abbiamo aspettato la nostra prossima visita.

This place has a smoking patio, which is a big plus. Overall it is a decent hotel. Food in the restaurant is very hit or miss, sometimes very good, sometimes terrible. Staff is friendly and attentive, service is prompt. The biggest problem here is the beds are too small.

Check In. 3/5 Arrived park the car and went to check in. I had two consecutive bookings. There was 6 people around the desk and only a University student attending me. He was way over his head trying to check me In and then 5 other people came round to do this. 20 minutes later I was checked in Food 5/5 Service was excellent and the food for Hampton Inn was best I’ve had in this level of hotel. Bar 5/5 The barman was fantastic suggesting local drinks and was really friendly. Rooms 5/5 Immaculate spacious and clean with great views. Front Desk 1/5 I went to the front desk to see if they could book a restaurant for me in the evening. To my horror I was told to call the restaurant and book it from the room. Never in all the years as Diamond Hilton member have o been told to do this. Even though a speak a little Spanish it would have helped if one of the front desk could have done it. Also I was having issues dialling from my mobile phone. I am gobsmacked at the lack of customer service experience the staff has. My friend travelling with me asked if they could recommend coffee tours and he was told to Google it. The front desk is one of the worst I have come across at a Hilton.
