Ero con mio padre a viaggiare, cercando di prenotare il Country Inn e le Suite e ho raggiunto una persona somnolente, arrogante, che non si importava se rimassimo all'hotel. Ho chiamato il Best Western proprio fuori dall'autostrada e il desk front rispose subito Lucas. Era molto sveglio, veloce e aveva un atteggiamento positivo! Avevamo bisogno di una stanza, ed era super veloce e super bello! Quando siamo arrivati, aveva i dettagli in attesa di noi e ci ha trovati nelle nostre camere super veloce. Molto utile, rispettoso, professionale, e anticipato tutti le nostre esigenze. Soprattutto per farci sapere del colazione al mattino!!! La piscina era aperta e pulita. Il lobby era senza spot, e le camere erano molto pulite per l’età e la condizione dell’edificio. Il colazione mattina era certamente di valore il soggiorno e molto pieno. Deb il gala del server era molto bello e utile. Molto dolce e veramente felice di offrire una grande esperienza di colazione e di cibo! La prossima volta che passo attraverso la città, sicuramente rimarrò al Best Western indipendentemente dal prezzo della camera. Mio padre e io eravamo così felici di spendere i nostri soldi presso la BW piuttosto che il Country Inn. Non ci sono rimorsi da compratori qui!!! Grazie Lucas e Team !!!!!

Il nuovo hotel è pulito e pulito. La camera dell'hotel è alta e molto alta. E'il miglior hotel che abbiamo vissuto vicino ad alta velocità. La colazione è anche molto buona. È principalmente pulita. Questo è molto importante per il personale.

Love this place we stayed on the 3rd floor no problems room was very ean bed was just a little to firm for my back I had 4 pillows 2 soft 2 firm pillow cases said firm and soft kinda cool. Never again will I bring my pillow from home no need breakfast was great fresh apples, bananas. Biscuits and sausage gravy, two kind of omelets, pork sausage , cinnamon rolls milk cold cereal , 3 kinds of juice. Oatmeal pancake machine was out of order,😞. Breakfast was always great. The pool felt so good jacuzzi felt so good pool and Jacuzzi we're both so clean and they provide towels at the pool also.

La camera era spaziosa. Normale decorazione dell'hotel. Era tranquilla e offriamo colazione, 2 cose che cerchiamo durante il viaggio. Ho trovato il divano incomodo ma ero qui solo per qualche ora dopo la notte, quindi non ha davvero colpito il mio soggiorno

Thank heavens for the Marriott Autograph Collection for preserving the grandeur of this Grande Dame. You can tell that this hotel is steeped in history upon entering the lobby. The place is full of charms despite that Davenport may no longer be the important Mississippi River town today as it was in days of yore. Despite the age of the hotel, my king suite was well appointed, roomy, comfortable and clean. I had to take a zoom meeting there and the office space in the room and WI-FI was very accommodating. Before doing a tasting in the dining room for my daughters wedding reception (which will be in the hotel) I met family for a cocktail in the bar. Top notch. Afterwards a nap on the daybed was in order before dinner at a classic supper club across the street. The hotel as a bowling alley and martini bar in the basement that we will use for a welcome reception wedding weekend. The coffee shop off the lobby was terrific for caffeine and pastries. The hotel was full but easily accommodated the crowd. And I did not hear a peep on my floor. There was a brunch in the lobby Sunday that I regret I could not attend. Next time! In all a very pleasant stay and I look forward to returning.
