The hotel location is conveniently located, many restaurants, convenience stores and eateries in the vicinity. The front desk staffs are courteous and accommodating. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. One thing I don’t like in this hotel is the slow speed of the internet and you have to reconnect to their WiFi every time you came from outside.

The place is cozy & accessible. Great for relaxation & convenient to stay.

Good to have an electric kittle with a cup and saucer but dont have a coffee spoon. Dont have complimentary coffee,sugar and creamer the only complimentary is the bottled water. Staffs are very accommodating they always welcomes you with a smile. Great buffet breakfast,good value for money.

Context: Been 24 yrs in Pharmaceutical industry and my scope of work is the whole Visayas and Mindanao so travel every week and stay in a hotel is my life. My stays in Davao depends on the locations of my clients , Best stays was blue lotus and Go hotel if I want it near in airport. Roger inn I started staying early this year recommended by a friend big hotel, clean and convenient to locations where my clients are situated. However I was a bit disappointed yesterday Sept 18, 2024 I took a room and ask for PLANZA ( to iron my clothes for work ) they don’t have and patiently waited for 3 hrs maybe they might can find ways for customer needs. Front desk cannot provide and there reason all iron were used by guest. Well, I worked as sales in pharmaceuticals I still believed in stretch hopes begging for iron for just 1 long sleeve and formal pants. SAD no iron is available. So I have no choice but to find a new hotel and ensure there’s PLANZA available . This the 1st time I am writing a feedback on my stay in this hotel ( Sept 18, 2024). Hope this hotel you can manage an alternative options in this urgent matters like this because saying ang laki ng hotel nyo. Transferred to Blue berry tourist hotel ( small hotel ) and realize that it’s how big or small a hotel but it’s more on CONVENIENCE and CUSTOMER care matter most.

The hotel may be a good option for business trips as prices are reasonable and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is also a Family Mart convenience store a stone's throw away from the hotel's main door. Breakfast is at Marina Tuna and the buffet is very good for a hotel that's not branded like the Park Inn (Radisson) or Seda. The rooms are clean and water is strong in the bathroom. Towels though seem old and you only get bath towels. It would have been better if they also provided face or hand towels as well. I would have given the a "very good" if the internet was okay. In this case, it was not and we were not able to get a decent connection the two nights we stayed there. That meant we had to use our own data to be able to work at our rooms after our convention schedules. I think this is something they should urgently address.

Basic hotel but very good value. All was good — room etc- wifi- clean - good shower. It is economy hotel but it sits above a number of restaurants and bars and a family mart soon to open so it makes it a good choice. Will return when next in town. Checkin and out was fine
