Hotel in zona Holy Family Church, Davao

Globalmente grande ristorante e parco. Divertito molto con la famiglia. Con un toddler e un bambino, è possibile godere dell'ambiente e anche di molte delle strutture. Ci siamo nutriti cari con il nostro 3 anni che l'amava. Il suo giardino è enorme, anche se alcuni di essi hanno bisogno di manutenzione. Abbiamo anche potuto godere della piscina che era pulita e circondata da bellissimi boschi. In generale, solo camminare in parco è una bella esperienza. Il nostro appartamento era pulito e perfetto per la nostra famiglia di 4. Un suggerimento sarebbe fornire un cappotto per bambini, come immagino che molte famiglie stanno visitando. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a portare il nostro. Un'altra proposta è quella di aumentare la varietà al buffet e al buffet. Per esempio, una seconda opzione di succo, una opzione vegetariana. Il servizio che abbiamo sperimentato è stato eccellente. Quando abbiamo chiesto un servizio di navetta, è sempre arrivato immediatamente. Quando abbiamo chiesto di fare servizio di custodia, è stato immediatamente fornito. In generale ogni incontro con il personale in qualsiasi luogo era piacevole e sempre sono stati d’aiuto.

This hotel has many issues and I guess I got many of them on my 2 night visit Pros - bed and bedding comfortable Pros - air conditioning was good Cons - No Hot water for 2 Days so have cold showers. Unacceptable! Cons - Half the shower head worked the other one Not work Cons - TV remote difficult and had to call maintenance to fix and re set Cons - WiFi weak at best with slow download Cons - Restaurant was way over priced as an example 2 cups of cold rice , a piece of chicken and an egg with one coffee and one orange juice 700’pesos. The Rice amd egg cold. Further Resturant and hotel not take credit card for restaurant charges. They need to inform guests of those scenarios on check in. Cons - had to ask for a safe for the room and they installed but it was old and batteries fell out because were being held by some tape. Consequently couldn’t open the safe after locked because the batteries fell out of holder. Frustrating at best Cons- road noise most of the night and day as right across the street from SM Ecoland and all the jeepneys and tricycle s were Loading people. So my thoughts good luck 🍀 if you decide to visit here. 👎

I booked Hotel Marco via the hotel’s FB Page. Booked the Premiere room as the agent I spoke with specifically said that the Premiere room is more spacious than the deluxe but sad to say it doesn’t feel like it or did they not gave us a premiere room? Reservation was fast they did not require us to pay for a downpayment. Our flight got delayed from early in the morning to late in the afternoon so we arrived Davao City at around 6:00 PM. They did not even gave us any follow up if we are going to continue with our reservation. We rented a car which picked us up at the airport we immediately went to the hotel to check in (30mins drive to airport) when we got to the hotel it took a little while to check in as they were not sure about our reservation there were many questions asked first how we did our reservation and it was hot at the lobby as the AC were turned off. After check in we got into our room, on the way to our room some lights in hallway were turned off too that’s why it was quite dark. Inside the room there were 2 big beds it was spacious and comfortable. AC were cold and WIFI was ok plus the smart TV is also a plus! What we didn’t like was they did not provide any toiletries kit (eg. toothbrush, toothpaste, etc..) we asked for it they said they will be sending it in our room but they didn’t all through out our 3 days stay. We also asked for extra pillows as there were only 2 pillows per bed but they don’t have an extra. We also asked for an extra key card as we were group of 2 (4 adults 1 child) but they cannot provide an extra key card too which was inconvenient as if someone needs to go out no extra keycard is provided and still needs to knock on the door. Location wise it was not in the city center but since we rented a self drive car we didn’t have any issues going into places such as tourist spots. Good thing that the hotel has s basement parking. There are restaurants, spas, and convenience store 1 block away from the hotel. They only serve plated breakfast which you will be called during the evening to choose your preferred breakfast. Choices were limited but it was good. We only had issues with the drinks during our breakfast because my husband asked if coffee was free the server said Yes so my husband got himself one when he served the juice in our table he did not gave one to my husband because he said he got himself a coffee my husband got aggravated as he did not specifically says that he can only choose one beverage. Since it was his fault he still gave a juice but did not say sorry. The hotel is still new and they still have a lot of things to improve on. The hotel is affordable.

I stayed in Blue Lotus Hotel in July 2023 for one night, although I frequently visited their Sky View Restaurant. I had a great experience. The room was quite spacious, approximately 30 sq metres. The elevator is one of a kind where you do not need to touch it but simply use your RFID-enabled hotel keycard. I believe this was for sanitizing measures taken by the hotel management since the pandemic era. The room has qiblah direction on the ceiling, and they provide Muslim travellers with prayer mats as well as Holy Quran. Very thoughtful touch since none of the hotels in Davao City provide this in their room. The housekeeping staff were also attentive and it took less than 10 minutes for them to deliver the iron & board. The hotel has a Malaysian Chef, Chef Shah who cooks authentic Malaysian dishes like sate, murtabak, chicken curry, daging masak hitam and nasi beriani.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché c'è una piscina qui, è davvero fantastico.Questo hotel economico ha anche una piscina, e penso che sia buono qui.Anche se il doppio standard è vecchio, è molto pulito.La posizione dell'hotel è comoda, situato nel centro della città, conveniente ovunque. L'hotel ha anche invitato gli studenti ad affrontare le domande degli ospiti.

That was an awesome resort experience... Together with my Friends from Gaisano Capital Group of companies. The resort was clean, I like their food, very accommodating resort staff and highly recommend for family & friends Please be responsible Ka laagang Alom

Rogen Inn is a relatively new hotel. I was told they just opened this year. Location-wise, while it is still technically within the Poblacion or city center, I find that one has to walk a few thousands of feet before reaching the main highway. While there are restaurants and a coffee shop within the hotel building, you may find the need to look for other options. This is not available within a stone's throw. The free breakfast from MarinaTuna in the hotel complex is basic. It fills the tummy, but not the gastronomic soul. In terms of facilities, it has bad internet service and bad cable TV. Channels are few. Watching is a drag. The size of the room can only accommodate 2 people. 3 individuals won't fit in comfortably in one room. Staff are helpful in fairness, but won't go beyond the call of duty. If you need a more strategic hotel, this is not it. Otherwise, this will do.

Questo hotel di 70 anni superava certamente le mie aspettative. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice e semplice, quindi mi sono trovato rapidamente nella mia stanza. Bevande e karaoke. Non c'è piscina. C'è un grande giardino dove si può mangiare al fresco. In generale una buona esperienza.

If you like to stroll and walk like us, this is the hotel to stay. It is situated in close proximity to all the must see places in Davao City: People's Park, San Pedro Cathedral, Roxas Night Market, Magsaysay Park, etc. The hotel is beautiful with a grand lobby. However the floor hallways do not have a/c and the room carpets need some TLC. Also the bed configuration was quite weird as it was situated close to the wall that made access hard from one side. Our room had a tub/shower and plenty amenities. Our 1st day the refrigerator was not working, which was replaced. WIFI was spotty but TV reception was good. Breakfast buffet was very good and the service was warm and genuine. We felt safe staying at this hotel.

Ogni volta che vengo a Davo, vive in questo hotel. L'ambiente sottostante è buono.
