Great location, near the Mall. Helpful manager and staff. Good food. And, great views of Kanchenjunga. Informative and interesting posters in corridors and public areas. If refurbished, the hotel would score 5/5. Shame that barely working heaters, out-of-order games equipment, etc are frustrating blemishes

A door bell would be a very helpful, slippers for the rooms are not very comfortable. Room heater was not easily visible but it was there under the chair. Bathroom was cleans. All the staffs are very cooperative. The only thing i would like to mention is the climb while entertaining the property is quite steap

Overall it was a nice experience. The staffs are really courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The food tasted good. The ambience and the rooms have really nice Kanchazenga view. Please do consider this place if you’re thinking to visit Darjeeling.

Our 3-night, 4-day stay at Sinclairs Darjeeling was fantastic. From the warm welcome with Darjeeling tea to the courteous staff and well-maintained property, everything was excellent. The rooms were cozy and equipped with useful amenities like an electric kettle. The partial view room offered serene hill views, while the balcony provided breathtaking vistas of Kanchenjunga. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of options, perfect for a heavy meal before a day of sightseeing. The in-house restaurant also catered to our vegetarian preferences without onion or garlic, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel features a games room and children’s play area, adding to its appeal for families. However, the entrance road has a steep gradient, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues, though it is easily accessible by car. Overall, Sinclairs Darjeeling offers stunning views, great service, and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The overall experience was great. The taste, quality and quantity of the food was all up to the mark and the hospitality of all the staff was exceptional. Especially Pragya di at the reception, she was great and always ready to help. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definately visit again.

A heaven in hills "Darjeeling" exceeded our expectations in every way. From the general manager to the housekeeping staff ensured that our stay was comfortable. Elegant rooms were small but comfortable. Compared to other Sinclairs hotels. The staff from restaurant Vivek, Markus Sankar Jeewan and Kiran were all worth mentioning. We will visit again.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.and special thanks to Mr Zigmee Mr Yogen Ms pragya and sanjok from front desk and Mr.Anil .pravesh Marcus and pawan from restaurant ..and also thanks to all the chef and housekeeping team like sanita ,Anita and bhawana

I recently had the pleaseure of staying at the Sinclairs hotel Darjeeling and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! The hotels staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay. The hotel’s amenities and location were equally impressive, but it was the staff’s behaviour and service that made our stay truly memorable. I would like to mention the efforts of Mr. Marcus Mr Vivek Pravesh and Pawan from the restaurant.

It was our great pleasure to stay at Sinclair's Darjeeling. The staff and the services were extremely professional 👏 and had a human touch and warmth. We particularly want to thank the hotel manager Mr Jigme, restaurant manager Anil Pawan, reception staff Yogan, Praygya, Akash, Vivek and the kitchen staff the cook, Gyani, Swaraj and all other staff. The food was extremely delicious..thank you very much the kitchen staff. We know that thank you is a small word for your hospitality. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to visit Darjeeling.
