Sanderling Residency and Spa

This hotel has very poor room service,anything u ask they will first say no and then lateron give us some options which we dont like. Dont have toilet napkins,nither they dont chane ur towels,room heater very poor. Overall a bad experience will not recommand anyone to stay

Near to no amenities that were mentioned were provided, no slippers no handwash no toiletries nothing was there, the closet had hangers but no rod to hang the same at. The FO staff had a very lenient attitude towards the guests. A day prior to check in we called to confirm regarding the complimentary early check in/check out and hi-tea, we were told no hi-tea shall be provided, which we brushed off without thinking much of it. Later upon reaching the property despite requesting for the basic amenities not even slippers were provided. We had also informed and asked for the resturant menu since the evening mentioning that we'll have dinner at the property but no menu was provided, until later at around 730-8 the staff came to us saying us to zomato our food. The TV and intercom at the room was also not functional. The FO n house keeping portrayed a very dismissive attitude and only upon speaking directly with the reservation team were the TV n intercom fixed and a lousy dinner with undercooked vegetables were provided. it is disappointing to see such lousy service a 3 star property when we were expecting more. The room was the only thing decent here.

Location: in very congested area, access to mall road is difficult for stiffness trail. Service: not good at all. Food: over priced, not at all reasonable
