Quando mi sono avvicinato alla reception, per prima cosa mi hanno detto che non esiste un tale tipo di registrazione / prenotazione in questa data a mio nome. Quindi ho contattato la mia azienda che aveva prenotato in origine e ho recuperato le informazioni sulla prenotazione online, quindi inviate dopo che mi hanno assegnato una stanza, sono rimasto di fronte alla reception per circa 30 minuti a causa della loro (reception dell'hotel) inconsapevole dei dati di prenotazione online.

Location is near the airport. Staff is great but facilities need update.
We had no electricity for half the time we were there. There is a lot of construction around the area.

The sheets were not clean, there was no toilet paper neither soap or shampoo. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. The shower is rusty. No elevator. Bad neighborhood. A nigh**are. No services at all but for a cafe downstairs. Avoid it if you can.

Had a really bad experience. hotel forgot about picking us from the airport. Breakfast was included but it was not ready when we left the hotel even though it was not an early departure We asked not be put on a high floor as there is no elevator but they put us on a high floor and did not care Manager Juma promised that with our second stay he will make sure we sleep on ground floor but that did not happen. They put us on a high floor again and so I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with my bad leg. Juma did not even bother to help organise transport to the airport or assist with our bags. Worst experience of the trip to Africa.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The toilet smelled like sewer , the shower was filled with mold and everything is broken and dirty. Luckily I only spent a couple hours while waiting on my flight. Toilet had no seat bed sheets are no longer white but discolored yellowish brown. Outside is also a complete dump. This hotel needs a lot of work .

Close to the airport and clean. Good sized beds and bathrooms. Fairly quiet, still get roosters crowing in the morning and sometimes a train in the distance. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel that is convenient. This hotel is nothing fancy but location is prime.

This hotel is simple but comfortable enough to rest for you to catch your early flight. The staff is friendly and the restaurant next door is great too.
