Only few rooms have view. Rest are very dark. Lights go away very often with no backup. Breakfast options are very less (only poha or upma). Taste and quality of food was also average. Not good for families

We really enjoyed our trip to Panchgani in Royal Heaven Resort.The place is really good. The staff was really cooperative. Food was really amazing. Our whole family enjoyed the vacation. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Check-in was done smoothly we have not faced any problem here.
