First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

Beautiful, modern hotel in Dammam. Service staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Multiple restaurant options. Outdoor pool is relaxing. Fully equipped gym and spa (sauna, steam, ice room…) complex. Highly recommend for travelers.

很老很老的酒店，味道挺重。不建議住。應該花錢裝修了，不能再住人了。被子疙疙瘩瘩的爛棉花的感覺。哎，就停。

離機場比較遠，但機場到市區可以坐機場G7，到達市區的main station，離酒店1.5公里；酒店到火車站大概5公里，火車出發去利雅得比較方便；如果去巴林，要去郊區的saptco坐車，打車20多sr，對面有家樂福，總體挺方便的！

地理位置很好，旁邊往北家樂福隔一條馬路，再遠一點是LULU，往南有點遠是PANDA超市，餐館也不少，KFC， HERFY等等 酒店早餐豐富，有一天早餐還有中式餃子 可惜達曼沒找到真正的中餐館 酒店到一次性用品都有，房間也是多功能插座

酒店房間大，有咖啡機、熱水壺，配置合理；地處沙漠地帶，但是酒店綠化很好，有挺大的游泳池：距離Damman corniche走路10分鐘可以到達。在房間內可以看到不遠處的海。早餐豐富。 裝修稍顯新舊。 作為商務出差，是很合適的地方

整體感覺比較差，前台服務人員沒有服務意識，也無法提供無煙房，排隊等待了好久好久，而且房間內有異味，一場非常差的住宿體驗。不過有一點值得表揚，就是酒店外面的綠化在沙特這樣的城市是非常不錯的。
