hotel oltre ogni aspettativa. splendido curatissimo staff straordinario, colazione favolosa, arredi meravigliosi silenzioso molto ben frequentato. un'isola felice nel pieno centro di old Damasco. perfetto per clientela internazionale. un vero 5 stelle di altissima qualità, con una struttura stile Riad. consigliatissimo certamente ritornero'. exceeding the expectation.

Our stay at Beit Zafran was nothing short of amazing. The architecture of this Ottoman mansion, restored to perfection, is a sight to behold. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the experience feel incredibly authentic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast was sumptuous, a perfect start to the day in Damascus. Highly recommended, and without a doubt, my first choice whenever I'm in this part of the city.

A luxurious boutique hotel with exquisite attention to detail. The cherry on the cake to your visit to Damascus to stay in a traditional Damascene hotel with all the modern comforts you could need. It is an oasis is of tranquility despite being I n the heart of the historic old city. Very polite staff who speak fluent English and always available to help. Delicious food and plenty of space to relax after a busy day sight seeing.

The location is wonderful - right in the centre and meanwhile being nice and quiet. We had the best sleep in a while - quiet aircon, no disturbance from outside busy town. We also very much enjoyed yummy breakfast with huge selection of choices. The staff is super polite and helpful and the facilities are exceptional. Suited for romantic couple trips, solo travelers or business. We'll surely be back the next time we are in Damascus.

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Damascus. Upon arrival the employees of the hotel ensured anything I needed or wanted was provided. Room was huge, toiletries were a luxury brand from the Dead Sea and WiFi was fast and reliable (fast enough to make video calls home). Breakfast was also wonderful. Hotel also offers currency exchange at extremely fair rates. Highly recommend this hotel if exploring the Old City of Damascus both for its location and comfort/amenities.

An exquisite small Hotel in the lovely old town. Its Ottoman-era charm has been beautifully maintained and the inner courtyard is an oasis, ideal for relaxation with a glass of wine or tea. The service was excellent and the traditional breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the old town. Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our Native Eye tour. Incredible hospitality and service, beautiful rooms and decor and artwork, delicious breakfasts and the location is perfect!

Even with the current situation, I want to say how much I appreciate the great services at this hotel. My stay here has been unforgettable because of the attention to details and the professionalism of the staff. I hope to visit again when things get better.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. It's very beautiful with stunning decorations everywhere. I had a fantastic large bedroom with the best bathroom ever! The staff are brilliant, friendly and very professional. They make you feel very welcome. The food and wine was superb and breakfast was good with lots of choice. Good location too. Everything within walking distance but tucked away so very quiet. Lovely place. Didn't want to leave!
