This is a budget hotel that we will certainly return to. The owners really work hard to supply whatever they can. While the room we had was basic, it was an economy room after all. The Turkish breakfast is massive, and if you want anything else you need only ask. It is nice being in a small, friendly hotel with a mix of guests from different locations. The pool is clean and available all day, as is the pool bar. We have every intention of returning to Dalyan and most likely this hotel with our family.

Thanks to Enver Bey, it was a great stay.Lovely , peaceful environment also with other guests.Location is just half hour - one hour distance from great areas like Marmaris,Fethiye,Göcek,Köyceğiz with attention areas Dalyan,Yuvarlakçay,Sarsala,İztuzu etc.Clean,5 min walking distance to Dalyan center,natural breakfast,air conditioning,swimming pool,terrace are other positive points.Do not forget daily boat tours.We enjoyed Kardak Tourism Dalyan tour that eas also amazing.

The owner of this hotel, Enver, and his wife were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home and were warm and kind. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast as they served two types of cheese, olives, jam and butter with bakery bread hand cut, and basic scrambled eggs. Three omelettes between people were served with Turkish tea or English coffee. The apartment was good, big and spacious, but no air con in the bedrooms and no fans. The air con was only in the living room. There were cooking facilities and a fridge. The best part was the friendliness of the owners which made up for the deficiencies.

Myself and two friends stayed at the Karaca apart in Dalyan for 11 nights at the beginning of October 22. Our hosts Envir and Adile were fabulous. Very attentive, helpful and friendly, they gave a homely feel. Apartment was spacious with beautiful views and within walking distance of shops, places to eat etc. We all said we would return to the Karaca apart for another holiday.

Dette var et veldig hyggelig opphold fra innsjekking til utsjekking. Vertskapet var uvanlig hjelpsomme og trivelige. De visste nesten ikke hva godt de kunne gjøre for oss.
