I am very happy that I spent this holiday in this beautiful hotel and I am also very happy with the happy faces of the hotel staff, we had a delicious breakfast and dinner with many choices. We also had the opportunity to visit and experience Dalyan's historical King Cemeteries and many bays. I hope we come again one day. I hope to return to the hotel soon.

Had a great time at the Grand Emir. It has lovely outside space, well maintained pools and gardens, and didn’t feel crowded. Certainly no problems getting a sun lounger at any time of the day, and plenty of places to shade from the sun. It was about a 20 minute walk to the bars and restaurants, or a 4 minute journey in a taxi. Friendly staff, with a special mention to Arif, and Zarife on reception.

We arrived at this hotel at 4am due to our flight being cancelled and placed here to wait out the delay. On first impressions it was a little run down and tired. We were given a family room that slept 3 with a double and a single bed - this was sufficient for myself and 2 children. The room was clean, with clean bedding and towels provided. There is no safe provided and the fridge was brown and dirty looking. The beds are hard as rock and only 1 pillow per person. Breakfast was Turkish style with both hot and cold options. No juice or hot drinks were provided only water! Lunch again was Turkish style but there was pasta, rice and 2 meat options of chicken or minced meat. Again only water was available for us. The children used the water slide area and the pools but there is maintenance required around these areas as they are run down with missing tiles and overgrown trees. We didn’t have a choice to stay at this hotel but if I did then I would definitely make complaints as the website shows nothing like our experience

As a family we have enjoyed a 10 day stay here. The hotel is lovely very pretty to look at. Rooms are clean and modern,cleaned daily with fresh towels. 3 nice pool areas one with all the slides was were we spent most of our days. A big shout out to Arif (my husbands special friend) as upon a late night arrival we was offered 2 rooms which we only booked one but Arif sorted this straight away for us easing our tired minds. Arif went above and beyond to help us with any of our enquiries throughout the whole stay. The reason for 4 stars was just that we was only bed and breakfast so haven't sampled all Inclusive. The breakfast was a small option and could maybe have slightly more to cater for English too. It would also be a bonus if the small bar and shop were open although the amazing town centre is a 10 minute walk. We found a lovely small local burger place called sheche which was lovely and reasonably priced with lovely owners too. We also enjoyed jiks for simple English dinners and China Town. There are plenty of traditional Turkish eats too which we also had no faults with. We had a fantastic day out on a boat to the mud baths, hot springs and turtle beach which for 60 odd pounds for 4 of us Including lunch was fantastic. Overall we have had a fantastic holiday and would love to come again. Thank you grand emir.

Nice big hotel based a 15 minute walk fron the centre. Free air-con was a bonus as the weather was in the 40s everyday and kept the good sized room nice and cool. Room 105 we had on the ground floor overlooking the pool was perfect with a nice en-suite and shower. Only gripe with the room was there was not really enough wardrobe/hanging space so you live off an arm chair or out the suitcase. Great bar prices with plenty food choices and the chef will russle up anything you fanct in a jiffy. We went B&B but you can upgrade to AI on anyday of the week that suits you if you have good flight times its great to do the AI the day before you leave:-) All staff are brilliant and very helpful. They will call you a Taxi if you want to take one into town, arrange boat trips, and walk round with a smile all day. The hotel has a great spa and massage centre with very reasonable prices. We used to just eat and drink on a tab then pay at the hotel desk next morning using our phone everything is so easy here and the WIFI was great. You will be footsteps away from the regular Saturday market so easy to get bag with your bags full of discount shopping. Lovely hotel in a peaceful location with plenty facilities. Very nice hotel, we were decanted here by easyJet after our flight was cancelled at the last minute. The staff here were brilliant, very welcoming. The water slides were also an added bonus. Good choice of food and good quality given that this is a smaller hotel than where we stayed previously. Lots of seating and no problem finding sun beds. Nice relaxing place to stay.

We were a large family group of 19 and stayed for two nights at the Grand Emir as our flights were canceled, this was a blessing in disguise as it turned out to be the best two nights of our holiday . The staff could not have been more freindly and welcoming with a wonderful atmosphere, especially Arif who recommended lots of great things to do including Turtle Beach where we had the most amazing day and got to swim with turtles. Great swimming pools and slides for the kids. Food was good and the rooms were clean. would definitely visit again.

This is possibky one on the worst hotels that easy jet could of put me in due to the flight being delayed till overnight. The hotel was unclean had a horrible sewage smell after using the shower, the aircon was broke, some staff in the dining room were bare foot with out uniform. Once arrival we were told there were water in the fridge and once getting into the room we had a look and it was the dirtiest fridge I’d have seen. The hotel needs a refurbishment the pool is good but everything else is quiet possibly the worst the worst experience I’ve had

This hotel is beautiful family run business everyone was lovely, I think previous reviews are not accurate a lot of British people where here from flight delays which is not the hotels fault. There 3 pools one with 5 slides. The owner and his family are amazing really made us feel welcome & checked on us most days Every member of staff was really welcoming and friendly not everyone spoke good English but we do not speak Turkish the town is beautiful highly recommend hiring a tuk tuk to see the sights. They are so beautiful. We went to turtle beach there is not much shade there. See loads of turtles labohme hotel Previous review mentions the pools are not clean they clean them every evening at dinner time. Lukka was a nice place to eat in town for quick snack in town Dalyan cafe it’s only 150 TL for a chicken wrap & chips

The pool in front of white snack so blurry i dont think that it was clean and in the day&night we got some bad smells in hotel my kids cant sleep in first night and that smell starts when you enter your room. Even though i put a cleaning request on my door general cleaning of the room is not done. Still they got my 2 stars maximum btw they dont have enough space to swim my 2 kids and my wife doesnt satisfied as much people who slide from the slide pool are not carefull at all the food of this hotel its like 3/5 ⭐️ their rooms like 3/5⭐️ pools 2/5⭐️ employees 2/5⭐️ sunbed(always full not enough space) 1/5⭐️ so mu overall is 2 sorry to say that anyways so we decided to go another hotel these are just my thoughts but i dont recommend to you people to go that hotel..

We have the best time here. The staff were amazing the chef cooked some amazing meals for us in the evenings. Pancakes at breakfast were lovely too… the bar staff couldn’t be more hospitable as well we look forward to returning soon. Currently on our last day of our two week stay at The Grand Emir Hotel Dalyan! This exceeded our already great expectations! First this hotel is an ideal location if you are wanting a place not far from the centre (15min walk, 5min bus/taxi). The surrounding area is beautiful and very scenic and well kept!! The hotels standards were amazing!!! Spotless and well sized rooms for myself and my partner, amazing shower, comfy bed, small yet perfect sized balcony, mini fridge and air conditioning included in room price!! The hotel has 3 great sized pools (adults, main, slides). All three were consistently maintained and cleaned throughout today leaving us very happy and in a nice and clean environment throughout all of our holiday! We were bed and breakfast and the Turkish style buffet was more than satisfactory offering a variety of fresh fruits, veg, hot food, coffee and juice! This was a great addition that we couldn’t help but attend every morning!! All the staff here are super friendly, caring and respectful!! From the attentive bar staff, restaurant staff and manager, cleaners, owner, technicians and receptionists. A particular member of staff Ege (receptionists) was an absolute delight to talk to, was very respectful, liked a good laugh and all around amazing person!! He really made our two weeks much more special and we are very grateful to of met this young man! What a delight!! Can’t recommend this hotel anymore and we ll be sure to back as soon as we can!! myself and my boyfriend are coming to the end of our stay in this hotel. we booked to stay at the grand emir for two weeks and were instantly welcomed by the lovely reception staff who made us feel instantly at home, Ege in particular! The breakfasts provided a traditional turkish feel which we both enjoyed, the location of the hotel is also peaceful - the walk to the centre is a very manageable 15 minutes. through the duration of our stay it was very easy to acquire sunbeds due to the hotel being slightly quieter as it wasn’t peak season, this was something my boyfriend and I were very happy with as on other holidays locating sunbeds has been something we have struggled with. the staff have also handled last minute flight cancellations being sent to the hotel exceptionally well, they never fail to smile! All in all, this is a very special hotel with a lot of warmth to it, you will be made to feel right at home as soon as you arrive - 10/10!

Feeling very comfortable, like home, in a cozy hotel, F&B Manager Gokhan was very smiling and attentive, we thank all the staff for their attention.
