The location is near Haeundae Beach and many eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. There are unlimited servings of Americano, hot or ice prepared by robot machine. The room has a system where you can ask the machine to help close the window for you and more. There is a dryer machine in the room too. It is an excellent hotel. Highly recommended. I will come and stay here again if I come to Busan.

Location was good.... But won't no recommend.. Dusty and their room request for bath towel will be ignore.. 2 adult 2kids.. But provide one big towel.. Request another 2towel didn't send to us.. Room quite dusty.

Decent hotel for short stays, centrally located and easy to get around. Great ocean views. 5 mins walk to the beach.This place also do robot coffee😊. Cons: The bed is very hard. Room was bit small.

At the time of booking, this hotel was not busy; i confirmed later with staff. I requested a room away from the elevator using the online selection on Trip. It seemed hotel reception did not follow up. During check-in, I was so tired and did not go back after arriving the room. The room was very clean but being by the elevator area, every afternoon, housekeeping kept its garbage bags in the area and it reeked bad. This problem is compounded by the fact that guests are told to put their soiled tissues in the bins and not in the toilet. There were two nights when music from a neighbouring area was loud until 3am. Great in room cleaning everyday, comfortable bed, good shower. I didn’t use the tub. Cool coffee making machine; free unlimited cups. Free self-laundry and detergent pucks. A 20-min walk to center of Haeundae Beach. Some good restaurants and a grocer with fruits very nearby within 400m.

Very comfortable room with Netflix and Disney+. Bus stop is not far away👍🏼. Will stay here again next time

Awesome new hotel in the quiet rich part of Haeudae district. The beach is in two minutes walk. Tons of restaurants and cafes around. One thing was disturbing for my low back - tooo soft mattress! But still I liked this hotel and if your back is young and healthy I strongly recommend. There is no breakfast in this hotel, but it was not a problem for us.

Location wise not bad but not the best, at night not much things to do nearby compared to other hotels in the area.

We took the largest room with 3 queen beds - it was very comfortable. One of the beds has a private room. Great for a big group. The corridor in the room was a little narrow but we managed fine. Loved the clothes steamer in the room. Car parking is provided but it’s the car lift type so we pass the keys to the concierge n they park it for us. GS25 n CU right downstairs. Short walk to the beach. Would return!

위치 좋고 깔끔하고 디테일 하나하나 신경을 많이 쓴 흔적이 느껴지네요 침대도 편하고 리모컨, 에어컨등 시설도 잘 작동합니다, 5성급호텔중에도 은근 이런 기능이 잘 안되는 호텔들이 있는 반면에요, 객실 입실후 출입문 우측의 여러 버튼중 check in 버튼을 누르면 객실 전체 전원이 들어와요 발코니있는 디럭스 테라스 객실에 머물렀는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

위치가 조금 애매하다는게 아쉬웠는데 바다는 가깝구 숙소 깔끔하고 좋아요! 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요! 지하철역이 조금 멀어요!

부산 밤바다 보고 왔습니다. 방이랑은 그냥 저냥 지낼만 했는데 주변에 무슨 술집인지 야외 노래방인지 새벽 3시까지 계~~~속 시끄럽게 노래 부르던데 열받아 죽을 뻔 했습니다.

原定單人房（隨機）入住當晚升級為4人房，設備都是電子化設計，水壓有點小，熱水需要提前15-20預熱，清潔打掃的阿姨很親切， 飯店的位置較靠近冬柏站，從1號出口有電梯可以搭，晚上較為偏僻，飯店附近有小吃店，走路到海雲台約12分鐘，公車較為方便
