Отель расположен на берегу реки, удобно арендовать лодку для поездки на черепаший пляж и паром. Парковку приходится искать рядом. И нам пришлось немного подождать, хотя приехали мы на пару часов позже оговоренных 14-00
Отель очень красивый, стильный и ухоженный.
Были проблемы с водой, их быстро устранили.
Красивый бассейн и хороший завтрак. Остались очень довольны!!

We haven't been able to review until now because of TripAdvisor rules but we actually returned back to the Portakal 7 weeks after our 1st visit as we loved it so much! Everyone remembered us as soon as we got there, and it just confirmed just why we fell in love with the place back in July. Cuneypt and Mehtap are great people - they own the business but spend their evenings around the bar talking with their guests, a real nice touch. Ramazan was brilliant as usual, keeping everyone entertained and always smiling, he's a brilliant asset to the hotel. We are already planning to return next year when the season re-opens, it cannot come soon enough for us!

What can I say that others haven’t? Not a lot, we agree with all the positive comments about the hotel, the rooms are excellent, public areas spotless, pool incredibly clean. We were not expecting a big spread at Breakfast but it was plenty, eggs , potatoes, lots of different bread, jams , fruit, tea etc. Yusef was an excellent staff member , always polite, hard working and helpful at breakfast and at lunch, during the day Abdul was also incredibly polite , helpful and hard working. T on reception was always on hand for advice and again a credit to the obvious good staff training that has been put in place. The river is right outside and the water taxi to and from the beach will pick you up and drop you off at Portakal. Overall a tremendous hotel that should be 4 star not 3!

Got a very good welcome by the loverly staff on a very late tue . Room was nice .. loverly garden with plenty of beds and a fab view of the river .. ..had a few gin and tonic with our dear friend and bar manager Ranazan ..he does great cocktails too .pool area clean and loads of beds ..snack bar open at 10 .. so if you don't get up early as we didn't a couple of days due to Over drinking ..snack bar came in handy ..and quite reasonable priced.. the town a nice 10 min walk . With loads of bars and restaurants ..the owners are loverly people very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble ..they even waved us off on our last day .. we will be back

First time in Turkey and Dalyan was a great town and this a fabulous hotel to stay in. So much so that we are already booked to go back soon. All of the staff were lovely, they arranged a trip to a Turkish bath, I'd highly recommend it. The hotel was kept clean, the room was a good size. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The swimming pool and bar area catered well for a day at the poolside. The location of the hotel is by the river and in a residential area, wonderfully quiet and only a 5-10 min stroll into the town. The restaurants in the town are excellent, special mention to Sahil Restaurant.

Our first time in Turkey. Portakal Hotel was just magical. The Rooms are lovely, staff are just next level friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Whether that’s excursions or sorting car hire for us. The Breakfast is lovely. Caters for multi nationalities. The pool is just so relaxing and plenty of sun beds. Make sure you visit their Garden to relax in swing chairs or hammocks. Now the Barman (Ram) made our trip, engaging and funny and his knowledge of cocktails and drinks to suite is just on point. The owners are lovely. Sooo friendly. Would definitely book again.

We travelled as a group of 4 in June 2024 , my parents myself and my friend , we arrived late at night and the rooms were all ready for us and perfect . We had a fabulous holiday , special thanks to all the staff , they couldn’t do enough for us , we have already booked to come back and are really looking foward to it . Ideal location only 10 mins walk into town , lots of nice bars resteraunts and shops . We had lunch every day at the snack bar , the tuna salads I can highly recommend we ate them everyday . In the afternoon we would enjoy drinks in the garden No sunbed wars , could choose any you wanted and stroll down around 9am and take your pick of which beds you wanted Mehmet at reception was very helpful indeed with anything we wanted and the pool and bar staff also , special thanks to the hardworking cleaners our rooms were spotless , everyone was so friendly , it’s a just a great place Don’t hesitate to book , you can’t go wrong

Sometimes you come across somewhere that steals your heart and the Portakal Hotel did that for me. The rooms are lovely, great size and the safe and air conditioning are included in the price you pay. The hotel has a great feel and that is mainly down to the amazing staff and owners. The reception staff are so friendly and full of information and guidance. The service staff go above and beyond to make your holiday relaxing and fun. Ramazan gets a special mention for keeping us entertained and topped up with cocktails. Don't hesitate if you are thinking of booking, you will not be disappointed. Just the best small family run hotel. We could not fault it in any way. Spotlessly clean, very comfy beds, great pool, wonderful location best of all the staff. Each and every member of staff was friendly, super helpful and informative regarding trips and the local area. We met many holidaymakers who had been returning to this hotel for years. It feels like home, we will be back. Cant recommend highly enough. Thank you.
