Hotel in zona Esperanza Viva Nueva, Dallas

Il soggiorno era sorprendente e l'agente del desk che mi ha controllato era molto professionale e gentile.L'altro personale era molto piacevole e professionale. Mi è davvero piaciuto celebrare il mio cambiamento di nome in questa visita a Dallas. Mi piace anche la vicinanza all'aeroporto e alla galleria.

Eravamo molto felici di tutto. La nostra stanza era pulita, il desk era molto utile e accogliente. Ci saremmo certamente rimasti lì!

Il servizio all'hotel era buono, il letto confortevole, la stanza sembrava pulita, ma aveva qualche problema con la stanza. Il doccia non aveva molto pressione a causa di una fuga dietro la testa del doccia. Il riscaldamento non sembrava mai caldo. Non mi sono mai sentito molto, quindi ho fatto notizia quando ho controllato, la signora ha promesso che sarebbero stati risolti. La colazione era un po' scioccante, aveva ancora le basi come cereali, waffle, uova e salsa di latte e succo di caffè. Avrei voluto avere delle banane. La cosa davvero negativa che direi è la posizione (la moglie non è molto soddisfatta di tutte le attività che si svolgono la notte se mi accorgete) che penso sia una sorta di sleale per l'hotel, ma per questo pagherete due o tre volte tanto per un migliore posizione.In generale, penso che sia un buon soggiorno per il prezzo.

We recently stayed at this hotel. I noticed there were no reviews for the hotel, and it looked kind of new, so I thought that might be why they had no reviews. The hotel itself is quite nice, practically new. It is a combination MainStay and Sleep Inn. It was over 100 degrees the day we checked in for our 2 night stay - just me and my husband (both in our 70s) in a king room, tired from a long, hot day of driving and fighting Friday afternoon Dallas traffic. From the very beginning, the management gave us problems with check in. We are Gold members with Choice Privileges and were using our points to pay for the hotel. They never acknowledged this, but one young man behind the counter finally came around with a bottle of water for me and my husband. The other 3 or 4 people behind the desk (one being the manager) didn't seem to know what they were doing, and it took at least a half hour to check in. We have had our Choice Privileges card for over 20 years and have used it many times. This hotel was being picky. They insisted my husband come in and show them his ID and sign everything (even though I have done this in countless hotels), because his name is on the card. They charged a $50 deposit which they said would be refunded in 5-7 business days (which is ridiculous). It wasn't. Almost a month later I called. They first said it had been refunded, but when I said I had just checked my account and it hadn't been refunded yet, she agreed that i had not been refunded, and said she refunded it then, but it would take another 5-7 business days for the refund to come through. As for the room, it was quite nice at first glance (and should be for a newer hotel), except for a few issues. 1) The barn style bathroom door could not be closed all the way (no privacy). 2) The walk-in shower door would not stay closed (kept sliding open, spraying water on the bathroom floor.) 3) The refrigerator doors were put on the wrong side even though they were made to go either way (they opened into the wall instead of the into the room). 4) The bed was so close to the air conditioning unit that a larger person would have to crawl into the bed from the end. The room is designed so that the bed can't be moved, so there is no way to correct this problem. 5) Even for a newer hotel, there were bleach looking spots on the carpeting. 6) Again, for a newer hotel, the lamp shade was already split and torn. Generally after a stay I receive an e-mail asking me how my stay was, and to write a review. I received no such thing from this hotel (maybe that is why they have no reviews.) My biggest complaint is with the management. The last thing a guest needs after a long day on the road is for the management to act like they don't know how to check a person in, and give them grief over things that should be a non-issue. This management team has a lot of learn if they want to stay in business.

The hotel is a newer property and clean. Very good breakfast and the location is good and quiet. Paid $150. However, the night clerk was very rude and insulting. And our entire family got severely bitten by bed bugs! The handicap rooms have a connecting door to the next room and therefore you can hear everything. They were playing very loud music and so I phoned and the clerk’s first response is a rude “Every hotel has noise” ***? She says she will call them. After half an hour I had to go down and ask her either to move us or do something. She says she can’t move us because the hotel is sold out and even though it’s still early and not everyone has checked in. Then she says she’s off by 11pm and so after that it’s not her responsibility and it will be the next shifts job. Again ***? I tell her I will clean our room and make the sheets on the bed so that we can move to another room. To top it all off my whole family got bitten by bed bugs. My wife ended up with huge dark itchy welts all over her legs and face. So did my daughter. I came away with less bites than they did but was absolutely horrible. The worst experience ever! I have never been so insulted in my life.

La struttura è stata molto attraente, ma non è stata molto piacevole. Era un po' strano non avere il ghiaccio disponibile sul pavimento e finalmente scoprì che dovevamo solo prendere le tasche qt fuori dal congelatore nel lobby (nessuno menzionava che) ma per tutte le divertenti estetiche e la posizione non c'era molto che potevamo lamentarci (come per quanto si guarda intorno e si trova il miglior prezzo come online è apparso molto diverso). In generale si rimarrebbe certamente e consiglia.

Muy bueno ,es tranquilo ,limpio,buen estacionamiento,una tienda mexicana a lado y CERCA de la autopista para continuar El viaje super rapido ay farmarcias y alguanas tiendas de convenecia CERCA Al igual una Buena gasolinera en general ESTA CERCA de muchas tiendas que podrias necesitar en UN viaje es execelente ,lo recomiendo

Il panorama fuori finestra è buono, le strutture sono un po'vecchie, ma più pulite!
