Ho prenotato una camera vista mare per un viaggio con i miei bambini. Il personale dell'hotel ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarmi con i bagagli, ma ho dovuto aspettare molto tempo per il check-in. Si spera che tutte le reception siano aperte durante i periodi di punta. Inoltre, sono un po' deluso dai servizi igienici che mi preoccupano molto. C'è ancora molta cenere di sigaretta nel bagno che non è stata ripulita. Dopo averlo segnalato alla reception, hanno semplicemente chiesto una pulizia signora di pulirlo con un panno e non ha chiesto agli ospiti cosa ne pensassero, ad esempio spogliarsi o dare loro un nuovo cambio di camera completo. Dopotutto, questo costoso hotel è qui anche per i servizi e le strutture ambientali. Spero che venga migliorato in futuro! Il grande oceano di fronte all'hotel è un luogo felice per i bambini, che si divertono nuotando e giocando in mare.

Amazing experience, spectacular views, top notch service, i loved my stay ended up extending my stay. The receptionist are very friendly!!

Very nicely located and well equipped hotel with plentiful of activities for the little ones. We had a family room and our toddler loved it from the first moment she saw the slide in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer.

A huge hotel very close to the beach, the Chinese restaurant was really nice food. Looked like a good option for kids too!

Good trip to visit some friends nearby. The was a snowy amusement park nearby with lots of slides and other activities. Hotel is very nice.

This second time staying here, like the first, didn't disappoint. As before, visiting during the off-peak time is ideal for a quiet, uncrowded getaway. The sea-view room is welcoming and comfortable, with a view that is uncluttered and peaceful; opening the patio doors to the sound of waves rolling in equals instant relaxation. Aside from having a super comfortable bed and all the useful amenities one could need, there were simple niceties about the room, like the ability to adjust the temperature and fan speed (which runs quietly without disturbing sleep), ample hot water to fill a soaker tub, and multiple options for adjusting the room lighting. The hotel is immaculately clean, the grounds are meticulously maintained, and access to the beach is just steps away. The breakfast is substantial, with a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and happy to care for our needs, even providing a power converter which I forgot to pack. Those in search of a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city can't go wrong by staying here. Highly recommend, and hope to visit again in the future. Let me write the positives first: Tasty breakfast buffet available. Local and international options available. Probably, the best breakfast buffet I’ve had in China. Superior customer service Spacious room with an actual balcony available —- The not-so positives: Near to the beach but, unfortunately, the beach is a bit unimpressive and rundown. The room was nice but a bit dusty. I am a little sensitive to dust so maybe that’s why this was an issue for me. Also, the air quality was bad for most of my stay (weekend) so the balcony view was a little disappointing. No fault of the hotel but thought I would mention it. Keep the air quality in mind when booking. Overall, decent stay.

This hotel is located on a beautiful beach that stretches 5km or so. It is a great place to walk and enjoy seaside. In the summer, this part of the city is quite busy and restaurants in the area fill up with tourists enjoying all the seafood.

Fantastic stay, great service, beautiful location. Very accommodating. Family friendly facilities. Great outdoor play area for kids. Walking distance from theme park and beach front.
