Flower Building Dali Shanhai Yiyi Seaview Hotel (Bohai Caicun Scenic Area)

Location is 15min ride to Dali ancient town, with beautiful lake view and quiet ambience as compared to the crowded S bend and old town. It has a small cafe and yard in the hotel where you can sit there and relax.. Room is clean, spacious and we got a free upgrade. Only feedback is the lighting in bathroom is a bit dim and no rack or hook for towel though there is a small side table outside bathroom. Front desk staff service is superb especially Ms Ran Ran, making us feel at home and give us suggestions on where to explore around the area. Breakfast is rice noodles and small buffet spread which is very delicious. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Dali

The best hotel I've ever stayed. We booked family suite for 3 adults. The room has a balcony and direct view to Erhai Lake. We can see direct sunrise from our room and we just walk downstairs then we are already at the lake, the famous 'Sheng Tai Lang Dao' where u could rent bike to ride along the lake. The hotel is located at a very peaceful environment at Caicun. We had free pick up service from the train station. When arrived, we were given welcome drinks, welcome fruit basket, and also tea time voucher. They even served us hot milk during the night to our room before we dozed off! The service is superb! 😍 Hotel facilities is super good. There is washing machine and dryer at the top most floor, hence we get to clean our clothes. Apart from that, our room toilet bowl is a smart toilet, which has heater on the seat and has butt cleaning and drying services 😂 The room also has Marshall speaker where we could connect via bluetooth, super high tech air purifier and hair dryer. We even have a tea corner in our room! The last day we were rushing off for train, despite noy breakfast time yet, the hotel allow us to takeover some ready food. Totally appreciate it.

Omg! The view from this hotel was absolutely breathtaking. It was such a peaceful place with a very clean room and a wonderful bath to relax in. The staff were incredibly attentive. I can speak Chinese, but even if you don’t, they message you on WeChat before your stay, so you can easily translate everything automatically. They also gave us some lovely welcome gifts that I absolutely loved! We ate some during our stay, and I brought the rest back to Australia because they were so delicious. I won’t spoil what they were so you can enjoy the surprise for yourself. Our package included breakfast and afternoon tea, which was such a dream. Sitting there, watching people ride their bikes, was such a serene experience. We chose this location because we wanted peace and quiet, away from the noise. If you want to visit the city, it’s easy to order a Didi, and you’ll be there in just 10 minutes. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of—though it’s likely out of their control—was the spider webs on the main window of our room (spider webs outside of the room not inside), but it’s surrounded by a lake so I’m wasn’t surprised. My husband loved it because he’s fascinated by insects, but I was a bit nervous. That said, the windows have insect screens, so nothing could get inside, which was a relief. The breakfast was fantastic! It was a buffet with options like rice noodles, a variety of fruits, yogurts, and more. I would definitely come back to this amazing place!
