Hotel in zona Dalat City Center, Da Lat

A well appointed Hotel of the highest standard. Rooms are a good size amazing views overlooking DaLat City centre all the way out to the mountains. Spectacular views. Breakfast is of the highest standard and there is a lot of choice. Different meats, vegetable dishes, excellent omelette and sunny eggs station, coffees ☕️, tea 🍵, fruit selection, fresh pastries ..everything included 😋. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Concierge staff are on hand to help with anything - even operating the photo booth (Duc Nguyen in the hotel lobby was awesome and nothing was too much effort 👌). They have a fun photo booth and guests can use for free. Large reception area is very tastefully decorated ( had Christmas decorations ). All the staff are very helpful and friendly (and they speak English as well which is super helpful) Highly recommend this hotel if you come to DaLat. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Personale della reception eccellente. Disponibile, competente, cortese, amichevole, professionale. La colazione era così così. Molto ripetitiva con quasi lo stesso cibo servito ogni giorno Personale di pulizia e di servizio davvero eccellente. Sicuramente il punto forte di questo hotel. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.

The room was very nice, stylish and clean. Location is not very far from the night market (we found the short cut.) but it was the most quite room we had in Vietnam. Service was very appreciated. Staffs were very nice and caring. Amenities were far from standard, such as facial masks and Chinese tea in the room, offer artichoke tea while we were sitting in the lobby area. Just 1 minus was no airconditioning in the room so it was a bit warm in the evening since our room got some sun, but it was cool during the night.

Отель замечательный! Местоположение - в центре всего, через дорогу супермаркет и площадь с активностями. В отеле чисто, тихо, уютно. Завтраки азиатские, но европеец тоже голодным не останется. В целом всем рекомендую, если приедем в Далат снова, остановимся здесь же

Персонал отеля абсолютно не говорит по английский. На стойке регистрации никогда никого нет, можно позвонить, но какой смысл если они не говорят на английском. Номер холодный, щели в окнах и под дверью щель была почти 5 см, из за чего холодный воздух проникал с улицы. Мы жили на 2 ом этаже, где бы выход на соседнюю улицу и дверь на улицу всегда была открыта, было ощущение что мы живем в коридоре. Слышимость сильная из-за тех же щелей везде. При заезде мы нашли чей то ноготь на полу. Из плюсов: горячая вода в душе с хорошим напором, стиральная машинка, балкон, кухня со всем необходимым, есть даже мультиварка, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, микроволновка и холодильник, wifi в номере. А также пешая доступность до центрального рынка.

Incredibly helpful and attentive staff at the front desk. Great coffee too. Nice bakery next door. We had one of the houses out back. Perfect for our family stay. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but it is incredibly good value for money. A £1 Grab ride to the market and most of Dalat.

This hotel deserves better recognition! Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience 🥰 We were even allowed to check in early since there was a room available — such a thoughtful gesture! The room was incredibly spacious, with high water pressure and a super comfortable bed, what a great deal. The location is also very strategic — close to major tourist attractions and halal food restaurants. Thank you, Ha Na Hotel! I’ll definitely come back again 💖

This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name. Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner. Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.

It's my second time staying in this hotel, the location is within walking distance to the night market and breakfast variety changed daily. Front desk manager Duyen is especially helpful since my 1st stayed a year ago, that's why I'm back staying in the same hotel. The rest of the staff are friendly too, overall a pleasant and happy stay 😊
