Hotel a Da Lat, Phường 9

I had a wonderful stay at Vmt Hotel Da Lat! The hotel is cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was not absolutely clean, but comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city.

Khách sạn mới sạch sẽ nhân viên rất lịch sự nhỏ nhẹ, giá rất hợp lí có quán phở và nước uống ngon và thuận tiện ,vị trí thì hơi xa trung tâm . Tiếc một điều có chút ván đề xảy ra nhưng cuối cùng cũng giải quyết ổn thỏa. Theo quan điểm cá nhân thì do khách sạn mới nên có một số vấn đề chưa giải quyết và xử lý được nhanh chóng.

Linh era assolutamente sorprendente con la sua ospite. È riuscita a prenotare un taxi per noi alle 5 e ha anche preparato 2 croissants per noi, anche quando era molto prima del tempo ufficiale per la colazione. È un gesto sorprendente! Grazie mille. La stanza era anche meravigliosa, soprattutto la vista sul balcone.

Ottimo hotel. Ci sono due carenze: posizione e colazione. Molto dura materia, ma non c'era problema per me. Personale super, anche camera.

The best hotel in Dalat! The hotel itself is very beautiful as well as outside and inside. The lobby is just wow!, very stylish and once you get there it’s inviting you to sit, relax and have some drinks there! The hotel located in very quite area, so if you are light sleeper like me it’s a perfect choice. Many nice hotels in Dalat are located next to the busy roads and do not have soundproofing (even if they say they have it), so it’s very hard to sleep there. Mercure is soooo quiet! All the rooms located in the villas at the backyard of the hotel ( behind the main building). All villas are designed in the French style, so once you step there it feels like you ve been teleported in the old France, though all the buildings are new. The nice little thing that makes you feel very relaxed is the French music (chanson) playing on the territory. The room was quite big and very nice decorated in the French- indochine style. It made me feel very comfortable like I m not in the hotel, but in my granny’s house☺️ In the evenings with the lighting the hotel looks very romantic. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The problem of the most hotels in Dalat in rainy season - the humidity. Unlike many hotels Mercure has air-con in the rooms, so there is no humidity. Breakfast has a lot of options - Vietnamese and Western food. You wont stay hungry. Also I d like to highlight the hotel staff and management. They work by high European standards providing the best service. The only sad thing about my stay - 2 nights in this amazing place were not enough to enjoy my time there. If I ever come again to Dalat, I ll choose Mercure.

Non ci sono ristoranti da mangiare intorno, e ci sono molti buoni hotel vicino al mercato di Xuan Huong Lake-Night. La gestione della pulizia della stanza è approssimativamente? La colazione è abbastanza buona da mangiare con una bocca cattiva. E' troppo lontano dalla Casa Crazy e da altre cose da vedere, quindi non è possibile camminare. Una delle donne dell'hotel mi ha chiesto di non capire la descrizione del tour, quindi sono stata molto fortunata a vedere il prezzo che mi ha fatto molto irritare per la nervosità che non potevo capire.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the shower was also lovely although I forgot to take a picture, our only issue was that we booked a room with air conditioning and all we had was a ceiling fan that was quite loud but we only stayed for two nights so didn’t feel the need to change rooms.

Khách sạn có cơ sở vật chất tốt. Phòng tiện ích, công năng rất phù hợp cho nghỉ dưỡng & tương tác làm việc văn phòng. Vệ sinh được duy trì hàng ngày nên khách sạn luôn giữ được sự mới mẻ. Nhân viên tiếp đón rất nồng hậu thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp, rất khen ngợi ( Mrs Thành & Ánh ) làm phòng. Khách sạn cũng có chỗ để xe rất thuận tiện, an toán. Sẽ luôn ủng hộ & giới thiệu nhiều người.
