Hotel a Da Lat, Phường 3

I had very high expectations but got quite irritated by front desk demanding to see my Visa. I told them that I entered legally and they are not immigration. This really bothered me as none of the hotels every asked such bureaucratic and annoying question. Worse than in China. Room 101 seems the worst, has a window with a curtain facing the public area and sure enough before 8 am some staff needed to clip dead leaves while I had no privacy. Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep as well as relentless guest noises from the elevator at 5am, poor sound insulation. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of culinary delights. Well done, The rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful, fruits and coffee machine in the modern and tastefully appointed room made up for some of the frustrations. Please stop the irritating visa question, it spoiled my mood considerably. I would have otherwise given a perfect score.

Really love this hotel. The room super big but actually maybe I got lucky. I don't they upgrade my room.😬 The room n toilet very clean. Just the mattress too hard. The scenery so beautiful. The pool hot water. The breakfast really good and many choices. U also can request halal food or vege. All the staff very friendly. Welcome drink, basket fruit n hot towel feels very calming n love it. Must stay in this hotel while in dalat❤️

The staff are amazing and it's out of the way of the noise of the city so we slept really well. If you need washing completed, speak to the staff directly rather than through the hotel, they'll really go the extra mile for you. It is on the other side of the river and you'll need to get a grab taxi to get onto the centre. The room itself is OK, carpets could have been vacuumed and stained removed alittle and the cold water went off one day but for the price, its decent.

Disappointed there's no bottle water included instead there's filter water at the lobby everything els was ok .Found out theres no shuttle bus to the airport which is the reason i stay here

La prima notte è un po'di problemi con l'acqua calda, e la giornata successiva è stata risolta.La posizione dell'hotel è buona, camminare al mercato notturno di Dajiang è molto conveniente e cibo molto.L'altro lato dell'hotel è un bellissimo lago, e un centro commerciale, e la proprietà speciale è molto conveniente.

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

Molto bellissimo, pulito, nuovo hotel. Ci siamo aiutati con le biciclette di noleggio, amministratore responsabile. Il senso che vivi in una grande casa. Cucina è una per tutti, c'è un frigorifero, un pozzo di tè, ecc.

Tutti!Raccomando questo hotel in dalat, personale davvero buono, gentile e bel servizio, mi aiutano il più velocemente possibile quando la mia camera ha qualche problema. Anche un costumi vicino alla mia camera ha aperto il portavoce così forte e ho chiamato la ricezione. Vengono a risolvere così velocemente anche se quella ragazza non si ferma ad aprire 😅 ma tutto è stato così buono per me, bella posizione, vicino al caffè e al terminale di autobus. Prima di trasferirmi in un altro posto ho dimenticato il mio telefono ma la ragazza carina che indossava i bicchieri mi ha dato di nuovo, non ricordo il suo nome, ma davvero grazie ㅜㅜ Mi piace qui e andrò anche a visitarla di nuovo se ho la possibilità 🫶🏻🙏🏻
