3층 디럭스 패밀리 시티뷰룸 묵었어요 콜린호텔도 보이고 뷰 좋아요 방도 욕실도 엄청 넓구 가족단위가 쓰면 좋을거 같아요! 엄청 깔끔하구 조식도 종류가 많진 않지만 다 맛있었어요 나중에 1박을 2인실 두개로 묵었는데 1층방들은 담배냄새도 조금 나고 너무 좁고 낙후되어있어서 아쉬웠어요 호텔위치는 조금 올라가야하지만 3층을 묵는다면 그정도 가치는 충분할거 같아요! 단1층은 비추!

This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

We were introduced here by our driver. Perfect location very close to all attractions. Especially the manager provided excellent service throughout our stay. The receptionist and staff are very friendly. The room is clean and fully equipped. The check-in experience was quick and easy and the room was wonderful.

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

Il personale dell'hotel trasferirà il vettore nella stanza. Si prega di spiegare l'uso delle strutture in camera. Mi sono assegnata al terzo piano, ma c'è una grande finestra e una grande porta nella stanza e nel bagno. È possibile vedere la vista aperta e il senso di apertura è il migliore. Spesso devo tornare a Dalat per l'attività. I viaggi di lavoro brevi o lunghi sono spesso prenotati dal personale amministrativo della società, e di solito prenota in hotel nel centro della città, vicino al mercato Da Lat. Per la prima volta, rimasi ancora nella mia abitudine, ma poi mi sentivo un po' ... sprecato, quando sono arrivato a DL, ma ero in un luogo che non era molto diverso da Hanoi o SG - hotel urbani, senza le loro caratteristiche proprie di DL. Così ho deciso di trovare un hotel con le sue caratteristiche, ma ancora assicurarmi che non sia troppo lontano dal centro (1 numero di belle alberghi/domicili, natura ma vicino alla zona del lago Tuyen Lam, molto lontano dal centro - circa 10 km, Adatto per il relax, non adatto per viaggi d'affari) & nel bilancio dell'azienda di circa 800K o sotto. Hoang Loc è davvero la scelta giusta, rendendo i miei viaggi d'affari non più stanchi e dolci ma hanno un po' più gusto. L'area giardino delle piante D-aromate è molto carina e bella. L'ospite deve essere molto attento a prendersi cura di ogni pianta e oggetti. Il personale è molto entusiasta e carino e soprattutto tutti chiamati Linh, molto carino ^^ Se hai bisogno di colazione, puoi ordinare separatamente. Il menu non è troppo ricco, ma è una buona scelta se si vuole sperimentare la sensazione di colazione davanti al giardino verde di mattina, sentire qualcosa ... Very Da Lat ...

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!!
