В целом, персонал гостеприимный. Возникла в начале ситуация, что забронировал номер с окном, а получил без окна. Но ребята ситуацию исправили на следующий день и в целом, отель очень приятный. Есть вопросы к чистоте - много муравьев и тараканов, но этого в Азии и так полно

Spesso devo tornare a Dalat per l'attività. I viaggi di lavoro brevi o lunghi sono spesso prenotati dal personale amministrativo della società, e di solito prenota in hotel nel centro della città, vicino al mercato Da Lat. Per la prima volta, rimasi ancora nella mia abitudine, ma poi mi sentivo un po' ... sprecato, quando sono arrivato a DL, ma ero in un luogo che non era molto diverso da Hanoi o SG - hotel urbani, senza le loro caratteristiche proprie di DL. Così ho deciso di trovare un hotel con le sue caratteristiche, ma ancora assicurarmi che non sia troppo lontano dal centro (1 numero di belle alberghi/domicili, natura ma vicino alla zona del lago Tuyen Lam, molto lontano dal centro - circa 10 km, Adatto per il relax, non adatto per viaggi d'affari) & nel bilancio dell'azienda di circa 800K o sotto. Hoang Loc è davvero la scelta giusta, rendendo i miei viaggi d'affari non più stanchi e dolci ma hanno un po' più gusto. L'area giardino delle piante D-aromate è molto carina e bella. L'ospite deve essere molto attento a prendersi cura di ogni pianta e oggetti. Il personale è molto entusiasta e carino e soprattutto tutti chiamati Linh, molto carino ^^ Se hai bisogno di colazione, puoi ordinare separatamente. Il menu non è troppo ricco, ma è una buona scelta se si vuole sperimentare la sensazione di colazione davanti al giardino verde di mattina, sentire qualcosa ... Very Da Lat ...

Ottimo servizio clienti da tutti i dipendenti.La stanza era quasi nuova e molto pulita.Il pranzo era buono.La stazione omelette e la stazione di zuppa PHO erano buoni contatti.Per il prezzo di $32 sicuramente vale la pena.La mia proposta è di mettere una tazza e un po'di tè a tavola per il caldo Caffè.In generale, le camere e il soggiorno erano buoni.La colazione del personale Minh, Chuc e Le, e Tuan erano tutti grandi! Phuc And Uyen in area di accoglienza erano molto utili.Il bagaglio è stato consegnato alla nostra stanza.L'affitto di moto (150,000Viet)è stato organizzato da Uyen.Le loro moto sembrano più nuove e non c'è bisogno di stress per trovare affitto.Puoi parcheggiarlo in garage per notte con NO Il nostro soggiorno in DALAT è molto conveniente.Hai bisogno di moto semi-automatiche per visitare Datanla Waterfalls (Costa alpina) e fare qualche buca. Il personale dell'hotel trasferirà il vettore nella stanza. Si prega di spiegare l'uso delle strutture in camera. Mi sono assegnata al terzo piano, ma c'è una grande finestra e una grande porta nella stanza e nel bagno. È possibile vedere la vista aperta e il senso di apertura è il migliore. Raccomandato per coloro che amano grandi finestre! Puoi sentire i venti e i polli piangere al mattino. Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!!
