The hotel was really good and clean and the staff was very good and helpful especially from front office he helped me a lot over all and even the food was good and resturant person Mr Goni was given well service I really enjoyed the stay and the food tq ginger

We truly enjoyed our experience staying at this hotel. Both restaurants serve exceptional food, the room service is very efficient, the staff is cordial, and the room size and amenities are perfect for making you cozy and comfortable. A few feedback from our side to improve the experience- - Should encourage sustainable practices like providing non packaged drinking water to guests and switching off appliances when the guest leaves the room even for a short while. - I suspect that the damage to the car door handle happened during the handling by the valet parking people. It could have been an outside person. There's a faint chance that the problem was there already and I found it only after coming here. So, this is not a complaint (as I am otherwise happy with their services), but a red flag for the hotel management to keep an eye on the QoS of the valet parking agency to ensure that similar experience don't recur.

Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. In conclusion, our stay at the AJ Grand Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, and we who***eartedly recommend it as a top choice for future visitors. Warm regards, Prit and Punam

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e ci piaceva la generosa stanza con le due letti separate, e abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita, piacevole e tranquilla, dotata di controlli elettronici moderni, che non rende necessariamente più facile la manipolazione. La notte, per nessun motivo, il pannello per la aria si svegliava ogni volta in un po', non abbiamo trovato modo di fermarla. La aria stessa funzionava bene e la temperatura era facile da regolare. Le letti portavano due piastrelle identiche, grandi, troppo grandi per il nostro conforto. Invece, avremmo preferito due piastrelle di dimensioni diverse per avere una scelta su cui dormire meglio. Ma l'hotel aveva solo una piastrella di dimensioni. Il colazione al quinto piano era abbondante e di buona qualità, quindi siamo stati più dell'80% felici con il nostro hotel.

We had a great stay at the Vivanta for 3 nights from 23 - 26 Sept. The room was spacious and very comfortable for 2 people. All modern amenities were provided. The buffet breakfast was very nice and on the last night we had dinner at Memories of China. We had special requests for some vegetarian dishes and the chef did an excellent job. We will definitely come to Mangalore just to eat there again. Sudeesh at the front desk provided excellent service and took care of our all needs especially when my wife and I were not feeling well for a few days. Great staff and great hotel. Highly recommended 👍

Have to review this! So some one from the managment can read and work on improving customer service with the team. Let me start with the good and appreciated review. The food is really good. The tandoori items fresh. Hot. Delicious especially the non veg items. We also enjoyed the khichdi for the kids. Prepared just as we asked for without spice. and it was gobbled. We entered the restaurant and noticed 1 table only booked. We chose our seat. In a couple of minutes, the place got full. There were literally only 2 waiters and 1 main staff trying to manage almost 10 tables. 30 mins later and after we complaining to the main reception, our order was taken. The khichdi was delicious. But took almost 40 mins to get served to our table. The staff informed us that since it was republic day. Everyone else was on leave. No attentive staff around. Captain seemed least bothered when we informed him bout the service. The worst part is we packed a chicken malai kabab of almost 5 pcs. But reached home and found only 2 pcs! Sorry to say. But the service needs to be seriously improved and honestly looked into seriously for improvement.

La posizione era fantastica vicino al fiume Nehravathi. L'hotel è situato sulla via di manutenzione al tempio e quindi la posizione dell'hotel non era una questione. La ricezione era calda e ho avuto la stanza senza ritardo. La stanza era condivisa con vista sul fiume attraverso i boschi dalla balcone. Il ristorante era buono, innocuo e il gusto era buono. Il servizio veloce e amichevole era un vantaggio aggiuntivo. Le strutture della stanza potrebbero essere state meglio considerate i costi

Un buon hotel vicino al tempio di Dharmasthala. I tassi sono sul lato superiore ma vale il denaro. Il ristorante è anche buono. Il cibo è delizioso e i tassi sono ragionevoli. Il personale è anche cortese. Dal momento che è a sei chilometri dal tempio di Dharmasthala, è necessario avere il proprio veicolo o la macchina turistica. Non potevo vedere nessun Auto. Ha anche un spa. Se vuoi rimanere in un hotel senza il rumore intorno al tempio, allora è questo.
