整體服務感覺非常良好，我們入住了三日兩夜，由於巴士時間關係，我們提早於9:00am就到達了酒店，酒店十分體貼，提供我們在大約11:00am就辦理了提早check in。可以好好的在房間整理休息一下。 房間的整潔度符合預期，唯燈光比較暗淡，熱水夠熱，但水壓一般。員工甚至救生員一有時間就會在清潔各區域，所以難怪酒店環境很乾淨，以海邊酒店來說，是我見過最少蚊蟲的酒店。 早餐及晚餐質素合格，有大量甜品、很可口的麵包及各種沙律，乳酪、牛奶都有多種類形提供選擇。唯肉類是一般埃及水準，仍有進步的空間。但2晚餐都有不同的地方，確實小驚喜。 最令人滿意的是酒店員工的服務：由於我們的巴士班次被取消了，要改變行程，臨時需要由本來已附費的延遲退房6小時($35 USD)改為延遲退房3小時 ($17 USD)，服務員Mr. Hussain及Mr. Kevolles十分願意明白我們的情況並解決了我們的困擾。謝謝他們。 建議酒店可以改善的地方有以下： 1. 增加來往Dahab Downtown 的班次 2. 提高供電穩定性 3. 恆常檢查房間設備，比如說我們房間的洗手盆、廁所及熱水壺都曾經壞過。 但Jaz Dahabeya酒店讓我們渡過了美好的假期。對Dahab留下了美好回憶。

住了四天房間沒有WIFI，整個酒店並不是所説的公共區域WiFi，至少幾乎沒有信號。定的包早晚餐套餐，酒店晚餐不提供任何飲料，衹有水，這在埃及的其他酒店是不多見的。因為最便宜的可樂和果汁都沒有。6/7日進大門時候突然跳出個不是安保的工作人員，即使報了房間號和出示房卡也不讓進，問東問西很搞笑，不知道幹嘛的，非常粗魯。

大堂的飲品很開胃 有免費巴士去集市 一天有兩個時間段 餐飲比較精美 晚上還有節目

達哈卜住的最舒服的酒店了 歡迎飲料超級好喝 服務很棒 酒店有班車 不過需要額外收費 但是勝在乾淨 不考慮預算的可以

硬件是dahab頂級了，四星酒店五星的服務，知道我要去夜爬大堂經理還貼心的準備了早餐盒

Posto molto carino adatto sia per famiglie che per coppie. Siamo qui da soli due giorni ma le 5 stelle le do subito per la pulizia, la cucina e la professionalità cortese di chi lavora qui, dai cuochi ai camerieri agli animatori. La spiaggia è tenuta benissimo e la cucina è varia: molto buona quella locale. Da ritornare! Aggiornamento: appena rientrata in città dopo 9 giorni al Jaz Dahabeya: tutto perfetto, cucina varia e sana, personale cortese e professionale. L'ideale per il turista europeo che volesse fuggire dalla calca di Sharm ed interagire più sia con la gente del posto che con i turisti locali. Olga M.

Jaz dahabeya e un hotel bellissimo iniziando da la reception fino alla animazione.La reception ti ospiterà come se fossi a casa.Per quanto riguarda il mangiare e il bere e tutto ottimo e con grande varietà.Riguardando le camere i cuscini e i letti erano favolosi.Passando alla animazione e sempre stata favolosa è li ringrazio un sacco. Bellissima esperienza vissuta in questa location La struttura non è proprio recente, si distingue per la pulizia e per la cura Ma è il personale il vero punto di forza Gentili e premuroso, per niente invadente, si prodigano affinché tu ti senta a tuo agio, ed il merito va ai camerieri, ai baristi, agli addetti della reception: tutti bravi Chi mi ha colpito in particolare sono stati Haythame della animazione, sempre coinvolgente e affabile e Raus, addetto alle pulizie, attento ai dettagli nella pulizia. Un difetto potrebbe essere che offrono pochi tour, ad essere precisi si appoggiano a strutture esterne, leggermente care ma ti danno sicuramente tanta sicurezza in più Insomma noi siamo stati contentissimi e ci torneremo

Posto spettacolare. Posizione incantevole, cibo e cucina jnternazionale. Camera spaziosa e sempre impeccable . Animazione gentile e non invadente. Altamente consigliato per chi cerca pace e relax. Ringraziamo il manager per la sua gentilezza.

Posto molto bello, ben organizzato e ben tenuto, anche la camera è pulita (cambio e pulizie giornaliere). Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. I ragazzi dell'animazione sono molto simpatici ma non invadenti. Posto adatto sia per chi si vuole rilassare in spiaggia sia a chi piace fare sport/escursioni, all'interno del resort c'è una scuola di windsurf e noleggio molto fornita (mio marito è windsurfista), le escursioni è possibile prenotarle anche direttamente nel resort ma ci sono diverse agenzie anche in paese dove è possibile andare con la navetta che mettono a disposizione gratuitamente. Eravamo in dubbio se partire viste le recenti notizie del vicino Israele ma nella zona è tutto tranquillissimo e molto controllato dalla polizia locale. Se devo fare un paragone ho preferito Dahab a Sharm, il lungomare ha dei ristorantini carinissimi che non ho ritrovato a Sharm e quest'ultima lungo le vie del paese è più sporca mentre Dahab è tenuta molto bene rispetto ai loro standard. Siamo stati benissimo!

Hotel molto bello e pulito, cibo buono ma potrebbe variare di più. servizio accurato, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Intrattenimento ottimo. Attrezzatissimo per sport acquatici, windsurf e kite. Torneremo presto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

This is one of the best hotels we have been to for windsurfing holidays. This was our second visit to Jaz Dahabeya and, as always, we came back completely satisfied with our experience. All of the staff is always friendly and accomodating. The food was very varied and delicious. The head chef Ayman is probably the best cher in the whole of Egypt! Jerzy Manasterski with family

The hotel is fabulous, with a very clean environment and an amazing location. The staff, especially the entertainment team—Momo, Haytham, and Rania—were outstanding. The food quality and rooms were also very good, and we had an amazing time.
